Tyler and Paul were awesome guys. Both super professional and helpful. Came in to fix and AC problem and from initial assessment, to final cleanup it was no more than and hour. I even signed up for their service membership simply because I’ll go through them each and every time.

They were very prompt and thorough. Got everything done in a very timely manner. Have been using them for years for all my plumbing needs and have had 0 issues with them.

Ryan, Jimmy, Gaelin and Dakota did an excellent job removing all my old cast-iron galvanized drains and installing new ones. They worked hard and completely the job in one day. I requested Ryan to come back a month later to seal off a worn out leaky outdoor faucet. I highly recommend Metro for all your plumbing needs.

Tyler came out ahead of schedule and went directly to work on our AC. We were particularly appreciative that he kept looking until he got to the root problem and got it taken care of thoroughly. He also shared some additional information with us about an air scrubber (no high pressure sales pitch or anything like that!) which we are seriously considering.

I just had Maddox Hester over to take a look at my system and I am genuinely impressed by his level of knowledge and experience. Not only did he perform outstandingly but also walked me through the process and let me fully understand what steps he took for what reason.

Michael was very professional, knowledgable, courteous and had excellent communication skills. He performed care club tune up on our nearly 20 year old system. He recommended replacing the capacitor and cleaning the internal coils in order to extend the life of the aging hvac, which I very much appreciated. Michael is a great asset to Metro.
