Adam was on time, very polite and personable. He did a thorough investigation of my whole home plumbing system and gave me several options for fixing our issues. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone needing help in his area of expertise.

First of all, this young man was very reliable. In today's world, when asking for people to help with services, they either do not show or are late. Nick arrived on time, both times he came. He was polite and professional, and knowledgeable in all things plumbing. He was honest in sharing his concerns and did not push anything on me. My shower head was leaking and although he tried to fix it, it was just worn out. He installed a new shower head for me, free of charge, along with installing a hot water heater and 2 toilets. As a bonus, Nick was very pleasant to visit with while he was working on these installations. I would highly recommend Nick at Metro Plumbing. Such an incredible worker with tons of talent in his field.

My water bill was eight times as high as normal, so I called Metro to detect where a possible water leak was located. I was on the schedule for a Friday, but Matt texted me on Thursday asking if he could come a day early. That was a welcomed surprise. He called me to let me know he was on his way and explained everything thoroughly. He detected a very slow leak in my toilet and even calculated the math of what that particular tank possibly lost in water during a 28 day billing cycle. That matched up with the extra usage that showed on my bill. In short order, he repaired the flapper and I was good to go. Matt even explained that if the flapper was not the only contributing factor to my higher bill, he had written up several estimates that he would email me, outlining what the next possible steps would entail. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. All around a great experience!

Richard at Metro is the go to guy for all your needs!!! This man sat with us for hours trying to figure out what we was going to how the payment was going to be made etc. Not only did he make 100 phone calls for me to figure everything out where me and my boyfriend didn’t have to, but he was patient with us and not once did he get upset with all walls we ran into. Finally after him coming out for 3 different days we start our work this week! If you want someone who is there for YOU and not for a paycheck this is your man!!!! Thanx again Richard!

This was my second experience with Metro for maintenance on A/C and in both cases, the staff got back to me very quickly, they were on time and most importantly, they know what they are doing in taking care of an A/C system. They made appropriate recommendations for repair and upgrades. They also had parts on hand, so that no time was lost. Every step was explained to me, so that I understood the improvements made and what we received for the money spent. I want to say, "Keep up the good work" to Michael, Alex and Sean.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Jeraime. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable about his business. He answered all our questions thoroughly in terms we could understand. Also pleased he respected our home with shoe covering. This is our second experience with Metro Plumbing Heating

From start to finish, our extensive field line replacement project was handled with professionalism and quality care. Our project required several steps, with multiple crews participating in different phases. From the beginning phase of pumping the tank (Devin), to troubleshooting (Rig and Pascual), to field line replacement (Brad and Cody), to the final punch list cleanup (Fred and Alex R.), the job was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, quality care, and GREAT communication.

We were pleased beyond words with the honesty and care displayed by every employee we worked with, including the office and sales staff, as well as Josh Pope, the Field Manager. The level of customer service we received is sadly a rare commodity these days.

We would highly recommend Metro to everyone and would not think of going anywhere else for local plumbing and septic system needs.

They were thorough and patient. Richard and Michael broke it at all down in terms of what was happening and work involved for proper repair. MetroPHA has been outstanding in regards to customer service and professionalism. From the appointment setup to the final solution installation, my experience with them has been very pleasurable!

Star of the show, Jimmy Grimes, was an excellent man of the trade! He arrived timely, communicated clearly, and completed the tasks to the best of his ability, being both thorough and conscientious about his approach. (I had to replace a galvanized iron plumbing system from 1960.)

Atop of that, he was a great gentleman. He made it known that he saw me as more than a customer, but moreso as an individual with a unique experience, and that made it very easy to talk with him and trust in the work he would perform.

Metro sent a technician out within 24 hours of my notification of a problem. Tyler was professional and competent. He did a thorough investigation of my AC problems and discussed three solutions to address it using photos of my AC unit along with the data taken from his instruments.
