Christi came out and gave us a quote with several options. She thoroughly explained everything and was very professional. We have to decide what we will be having done but I was very impressed with Metro overall and have no doubt they will do an excellent job when we decide.

Jimmy did a fantastic job not only with the installation, but also with explaining everything and giving us options to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and can't say enough about how happy we are with the service Jimmy provided!

Jimmy was great! He came out and fixed our leak with no problem! I have been beyond impressed with Metro and recommend anyone with plumbing issues to contact them! They have been a tremendous help in resolving our plumbing issues!

Giving this a one star because every time we have needed emergency work it’s always been DAYS before they can get out here. We are part of the Care Club and that gets us nothing. The discounts aren’t much because the work and parts are extremely overpriced. They have been out to fix the pipes to our water heaters NUMEROUS times. The most recent leaks are coming from the pipes they’ve supposedly fixed. Please tell me how you expect a family of 7 to go days without hot water. The only good thing about this company is the technicians are the sweetest and most accommodating when they actually get to the house to fix the problem! Do not waste your money. Find a plumber that knows how to do the job and run a business.

Adam and Richard came out today. They installed a 50gal water heater with an expansion tank and replaced the pressure reducing valve. They did great work and took the time to explain some of the technical aspects of the plumbing job. I will gladly use Metro for my future plumbing needs. Ryan followed up the next day to check the water temp. He was prompt and courteous and gave us good tips.

Our overall experience with Metro was timely, professional, and low stress with good communication and quality work. To replace our water heater, they offered multiple options with clear pricing. They met our schedule well and performed the work quickly. In addition to replacing the heater, they moved it to a more convenient location within the house. All of the craftsmanship of their installation was top notch. Their service was friendly and responsive.

I got an estimate from Matthew C. He was very responsive and helpful and was quick to answer all my questions.

Edited to add: Matt and Maddux and their team installed a new minisplit system in my home recently. They were attentive to my family’s needs and finished the job efficiently and effectively. I would recommend this group to others.

Richard and Galen were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and fast! They provided very thoughtful estimates and pictures of all work before, during, and after completion. Yes, you will pay a good bit more for Metro, and that is my only complaint. However- I have been burned by cheaper companies in Dalton having to come out multiple times because the work was not done properly.

I had the good fortune of dealing with Robbie and Richard. Being a first time septic system owner, it was great to get all the information from them about how the system works. I STRONGLY recommend that anyone with a septic system they haven't had taken care of give these guys a call. Be Proactive and not reactive folks, and these guys will make ot an easy choice.
