Metro Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a major failure of my sewer drainage and septic tank and called Metro who were quickly responsive and came out next day to begin my week long repair. Every technician that came thru my house was so nice and helpful and explained to me exactly what they were doing. I did not have a small issue to fix so having Metro was great because they have so many resources available to take care of any plumbing problem. My total repair was not cheap but I feel total peace of mind knowing that they did it right and I will not have to worry about any future problems. I would recommend them 100%!

Michael was a rock star. Very helpful working thought the heat pump issue. Explained everything he found and stayed to ensure all repairs were working properly. Very happy to have him on the Metro team

Charged for work they did not do. Cost me a lot of money and time causing damage to my home. Very nice service techs but very disreputable company. Keep looking for a company that won’t cheat you and leave you holding the bag. Terrible experience.

Richard and his asst. Zach were great! Richard explained all of my options so that I could make good decisions. They were clear in what work they were going to do and very polite and kind in their explanations so that I could understand. They answered my questions in a helpful way!!

For this HVAC check, Tyler was the tech. Tyler was very professional and thorough. He asked questions and went to work.He took detailed pictures of areas that needed work and told me what was in need of immediate attention and what may need help in the future. There was only one urgent matter and he was able to fix it today. I could not have asked for a better technician!!

Once again Richard was the technician. He was very polite and accommodating.
He worked quickly and efficiently. He installed both a toilet and a disposal. He explained the process and answered questions. It was a good experience!

I can't say enough about Adam and G-Dog!! They were both so helpful in getting our pipes cleared! I can finally wash my hands in the sink without worrying I'm going to flood the house. Adam was very knowledgeable and personable. He made us laugh. And I know a lot more about plumbing today than I did yesterday!

Ivan did a great job. He's was experienced and very friendly. Would be glad to use him again.
