Highly recommend. They offered options, answered 101 questions, and made sure everyone was on the same page. We appreciated their attention to detail, and we're really happy with the end result. It's getting tougher to find people who are truly skilled and take pride in their work, and Metro stands out from the rest.

I purchased my home back in July. I had Metro service my septic tank to say the least it was the most unprofessional job I've ever seen I ended up having to call another plumber and $3,000 later it got fixed properly. I also had an issue with my hot water heater. When I called Metro I didn't get a response until the following day. I ended up having to call back again because the guy didn't bother calling me back. The technician that was supposed to be on call was not to be found. I was told later that he was sick. They had no backup. Needless to say both the water heater and the septic is a service that I paid for. They did a awful job I will never use them again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Since my last post I have not heard a word from you. That tells me you are not at all interested in accountability.

Highly recommended!! Very professional and honest. They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything that was in need of repair and they did a fantastic job! Very very happy with Metro Plumbing and will definitely do business with them in the future.

Tyler diagnosed the issue with our A/C in about 10 minutes, which turned out to be a short caused by faulty installation by our builder two years ago. He explained what was occurring and had the parts available with him to fix the issue. We were back up and running in just a little over an hour. He and his partner who is being trained, were pleasant and knowledgeable. They were also respectful of my home by wearing shoe booties to protect my floors. All in all this was an extremely positive experience and will be our go to plumbing and heating company in the future.

Chandler and Tommy were very nice and professional. We had great service overall, and are grateful to be getting our new system so soon.

Metro came and pumped out and inspected my septic tank today. They did a great job. Carl was very professional and on time. They charged the price that was quoted. I called and submitted forms on about 8-10 different plumbers, and only 3 people returned my call. Metro gave the best price and they came out quickly. I would recommend them.

Woke up this morning to a flooded downstairs. Called Metro. Robby came out and fixed the issue right a way. He was very informative and helpful. Signed up for the annual program. I recommend if you own a house, to sign up for the annual program they offer. 10 stars!

My water heater needed to be replaced as it started leaking so I called Metro the next morning. Within a few hours Nic arrived and was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of the plumbing in my house and walked me through my options regarding the water heater. If he didn’t know something he had no problems admitting it and finding an answer for me. The water heater installation was not cheap (nothing is these days) but I certainly got excellent service and the work Nic performed was top notch. I will definitely be using Metro for any future plumbing issues in the future.
