Great business and Jim Hill is a super nice guy! It was freezing cold in my house since my heater broke - I had to get a new unit. He charged me a very reasonable price (much cheaper than other places we had researched) and worked hard to get the job done. He got the new unit installed in a day and I cannot thank him and his team enough. I will definitely recommend him and his business! Thank you!!!

Had a new heat and air system installed by Jim Hill Heating and Air based on recommendation from co-worker. The system he installed has not worked properly since it was installed. Called Jim several times within the first couple of weeks of installation. He showed up on several occasions but could not figure out the problem. Even stopped showing up for appointments, four instances to be exact and now he will not answer calls or texts. He offered a year warranty on their work but my system still is not working properly. I had to call in another heating and air company to repair the unit. There were several things done incorrectly upon installation. Two of his employees came out before he stopped answering calls and put a hole in my foundation near the drainage pipe and did nothing. Jim originally told me that we put the hole there until I sent him our surveillance video! He promised to repair it, but you guessed it, not done so now I have to pay to repair it as well. I know he has gotten some good reviews but my experience was a nightmare! Buyer beware! I would never recommend his company to anyone that values the money they worked hard for. So unprofessional. Paid in full for a new unit that did not work!!!! Please do not use this company, you will regret it!

Jim was a lifesaver for us! Our air conditioning went out on Friday, and we were rushing to find someone to come look at it before the weekend. One company came out and told us it would be $1400 to repair. Thankfully Jim was referred to us, and we called him to request a second opinion. He was kind enough to come out on a Saturday to look at our a/c unit. He diagnosed it with the same problem the other company had, but Jim was kind and honest enough to point out that we were still covered on our warranty for this unit (from previous owners) and then he quickly tracked down the replacement part that we needed for the repair (the other company wouldn’t disclose the exact part we needed or the cost of the part). In the end, Jim saved us hundreds of dollars and spared us from a miserably hot weekend at home. Jim was a pleasure to talk to, and we’ll definitely be calling him again for all our air conditioning needs.

Jim was super nice, very punctual and professional. He went above and beyond to get it done, I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work and lots of integrity as far as business goes. He is amazing and I wont go anywhere else.
