Awesome fast service even on a weekend!! I had low coolent causing icing up and a.c. unable to actually cool; they were able to fill it and check pressure etc and found a low working capacitor which we chose to replace too. It all took 2 hours or less from calling them up about the problem (though yes were not far from the man who would give the service).
Prices were reasonable and fair.
So glad to have super cool air again especially as the days are getting super hot!!

Called for a routine maintenance, the service technician came out and went through the entire unit and checked everything for any problems. The technician let me know exactly what he did and what he found and recommended the VIP plan which gives me two maintenance checkups per year plus a discount on parts. Best investment I ever bought. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend them for all HVAC needs. Best company I have used.

I don't want anything for free. I just had it serviced for the winter. And here it is broke down again. And I certainly was not going to pay you a Hundred and eighteen dollars to just come and look at it.(Period).

I bought a Trane ac from them years ago. Suppose to be the best. Had a problem with it from the first year. Still, having problems. I get its service they say everything is found good too. But not true. I can't tell you how many times I have had it fixed. And now it pops on and goes right back off. Not heating my home at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even under warranty. You still have to pay a lot of money to get it fixed by them. I'm done with G&L

Excellent service. The tech came out on a Saturday night and fixed our A/C unit. He was super fast and efficient, but still extremely friendly. Very fair rates for an off-hours call. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Not only is this company professional, reliable, courteous and on time but they also have integrity! Use this company for a great HVAC experience! George and his team are awesome!

PROS: On the night of 5/6/19 my condenser fan was not running. It got to 82 degrees in my house that night. I placed a Service call to G & L services on 5/7/19 at 8:18am for my unit that this company had installed in 2012. We have never had any issues with this unit or the install which they performed. The Service tech arrived on 5/7/19 at 12:36pm. The problem with my unit was found in approximately 5 minutes, a bad capacitor. Service call was only $59, very reasonable.
CONS: I was charged $82 for a $16 capacitor! This is why I am only giving two stars. This is a 512.5% mark up!!!

They installed a new air conditioner for us in May 2016. In the winter of 2016, the heat stopped working. They had the condensation line just draining under the house and that's what caused it to short out. I called that morning when I woke up (it was 58 degrees in our house). The owner said that they couldn't make it out that day because the roads were too bad. I threw a fit demanding someone come out to fix, which they did come out and fix it. On 8/24/17 our air conditioner stopped cooling. We called these crooks only for them to say they don't service our area anymore. Kind of shocking to me since they are based in the same county we live in. Thankfully we found some honest air conditioning folks that came out to do the warranty work for G and L services. We did have to pay the labor but thankfully at least the manufacturer stands behind their equipment (unlike G and L services). This review is 100 percent accurate, I am not a liar.

Impeccable service. In all the years of doing business with them, they were always at my door within a couple hours. All service or repairs were done quickly, and very reasonably priced.

Super nice guys. Great service. They go above and beyond!
