    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Greg and Daniel. They provide an exceptional service that is backed by a strong work ethic, integrity, and kindness. Greg came out to my house after-hours to give me a quote on a new HVAC system. I did not at all feel as if he was taking a “salesman” approach, but rather, he was honest about what needed to be done without adding on excessive extras. He and Daniel came out just a couple days later and got done ahead of schedule. You can tell that they take pride in their work. I was just so impressed by my whole experience with them. Not to mention, their price beat multiple other quotes I got by at least $1000. To have this kind of quality service AND such competitive pricing AND supporting a small, family-owned business, it was a no-brainer to go with Master’s! Thank you guys for the job very well done!

    After getting ripped off by 2 other HVAC companies Masters came in and repaired my whole system and got it running! Both Greg the owner and Daniel his son are both very trustworthy and professional and treat you like family and don't leave till the job is done!     Masters has been a faithful service provider for me over the years. Whether a large job or small, they do an excellent job. A few years back I needed the heat pump & air sending unit servicing the upper floor of my house replaced. Father & son came and pulled out old equipment & replaced with new at an excellent price. This family owned business makes you feel like family when they do work. I have found them 100 % trustworthy over the years & would strong recommend them.

    Daniel was professional, courteous, and clean. He took off his shoes when he entered our home. He looked at all parts of the HVAC system, then came to me to explain the problem in detail while showing me the defective part with a tester. I would recommend this young man at this company anytime.

    This company is outstanding! I used them a few months ago and I apologize for not submitting a review a while back. They worked non-stop to repair a mess from a previous company (Streamline) that did a horrific job replacing one of my AC units. Previous company left too many issues to mention here. Now I will need the 2nd unit repaired as well because same company worked on both simultaneously.. I will call Master's shortly to repair this one as well. If Master's offers the service I need; I will NEVER call anyone else.

    Quickly fixed the problem with our furnace and explained everything to us in detail . He called ahead to ask if he could show up earlier than scheduled, which was great. Overall very helpful and polite. Highly recommend!

    Greg came out to our house same day! Found a wire rubbed out and repaired it for a very affordable price! Glad he got it up and going. We have always used Masters, and will continue to use them!

    We came to Masters through our home warranty and trying to set up an appt was more than difficult and frustrating! It really shouldn't be that hard! Don't know if it was because we were coming to them through our warranty but a customer is a customer. Finally waiting over a week to get a service guy to come out Greg shows up. He was nice and we expressed our frustration with the girl that answered the phone and her telling us to go somewhere else. Greg fixed a switch on our system because it was no longing cooling. He checked our other units and serviced them. Now the next day the unit Greg repaired had frozen up and was making a horribly loud noise. Loud enough that it concerned our neighbor because they could hear it and were concerned it might turn into a fire hazard so they alerted us at 6a. We called Masters on Friday since it was a business day and their site states service 24/7. With nights into the 20's and 30's we needed this looked at immediately! We called and sent an email, called our warranty provider and they tried to reach out to them while we were on the phone and we got nothing. The whole entire weekend we heard from no one...nothing! The only heat we had was from our electric fireplace. Honestly this should never happen to anyone EVER!!! They state they provide service anytime but don't. Phone hardly ever gets answered, calls hardly get returned and now we are without heat. Today is Monday, hopefully we will hear from them and get this situation resolved. AGAIN, this really shouldn't be this hard to take care of a customer when you have a business no matter how they come to you! Will update hopefully with a positive result.
