I have been using All Mt Pleasant Heat and Air for maintenance for several years and they have done repairs on one of my furnaces and one of my AC units. I decided to have them replace both units this year and they did a fantastic job, as always! The price was extremely reasonable (by far the best quote I received), it was obvious they knew what they were doing, they took the time to explain everything, and cleaned up after themselves. I truly can’t express how pleased I am with the job they did and their close attention to detail. Not only that, the crew members and two owners are personable, honest, and genuinely kind people!! I would highly recommend!!

HIGHLY recommend for ALL your heating/air conditioning needs. Claude just came to re-configure our mini-split system after a new screen room was installed - PHENOMENAL work by a talented man who went above and beyond to satisfy us. Price to perform the job was a bit of a "sticker shock" but we feel worth every cent since it was a difficult job to perform, required hard work and creativity, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. We called them Friday. Our heat pump went out during the cold front. They came out within minutes. (We live fairly close.) Saw that the motor was the issue. Offered us heaters for the inconvenience. (Sadly, couldn’t get the part that day.) They called us Monday to let us know they still weren’t able to get the part but would try again Tuesday. Tuesday came around & they called saying they had the part. Came out that afternoon to put it in for us! Super reliable people. Very good with communication.

After several expensive quotes from other companies for new heating and air systems and things we didn't need, Claude from Mt Pleasant Heating and Air came and actually fixed our system for a very reasonable price. He was the only person who made an effort to repair and not just sell expensive equipment, and he said that we don't need a new system quite yet. After a few weeks of our house being cold, it is now very comfortable and we are thrilled. We now have time to save towards a new system and when we need it, we know exactly who to call! We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.

Great experience with Claude!The HVAC system in my home was on it's last leg and was really struggling. Called them for repairs, but it turned out the most cost effective path was a replacement. I got a quote from them, as well as a few other vendors, and Claude was the best deal. They were able to install 3 days later. The install team showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. The entire process took about 3 hours, and they were kind enough to take all the old stuff with them. The difference with the new system was noticeably immediately. Very happy with my experience, and I know that feeling will continue when future power bills come. Thank you!

I had been having issues with my ac for a few weeks, it took 3 different tech visit, 2 days and more than 9 phone calls to get this situated. Claude came in and in less than 1 hours did the repairs and got my unit back to work properly. He was very professional, he listened to my concerns, he reassured me this was going to be solved . I was very unhappy and frustrated with the company and the some of the prior techs but Claude and Cruze the manager in Mount Pleasant, SC made my experience 100 times better. Trustworthy, honest company. Claude and his son Cruze did a great job and are very thorough. We got a great price on a new unit and are saving money on our bill every month. With so many companies out there it's hard to know who to trust but Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning is a reputable company with fair pricing and honest, reliable people. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who needs AC / heating work done.
