I would highly recommend C&C Myers. Our system went out at 8:30pm and I called and got someone instantly. Had a dispatcher call me within minutes and had someone out the next day on a holiday. Tony Hatter was our technician and he was very personable and very thorough. Very experienced. My entire unit had to be replaced and he spent time with me going through options and details and recommendations. He made sure to let me know that they stand behind their work 100% which is plus for me. When he was done I had all information, paperwork, receipts and details in my email within 30 minutes. The office followed up with me next day and kept me updated on arrival time of equipment and schedule changes. Customer service was beyond what I expected.

It was the hottest day of the season and on holiday no less. C&C responded with 10 minutes with an appointment set in three hours! I was pleasantly surprised. The tech was polite and respectful. I was so impressed that an asked for a service agreement. They are what they advertise!

Jeremy was great. Called prior to arrival. Surveyed the home and electrical areas and then went to his van to give the type options that I had available. You could tell that he really enjoyed his profession. He presented my options regarding service agreements for the unit. Asked if I had any questions and left his card. I was having issues with my drain pan getting filled with water, second summer it has happened. I had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done however, I wanted to double check my thinking.
I called C&C Myers and their support staff on the phone were great, accomodating, called back when they said they would, and worked around my schedule to get someone out at my earliest convenience.
Tony came out and took one quick look at my unit and confirmed what my initial thoughts were, before I even mentioned to him what I thought was wrong. He pointed out each issue and how he would fix it. He pressure flushed the drain line from the unit, knocking out a lot of buildup, which helped the unit drain. However, the issue would only come back due to the way the drain pipes were configured. He explained all the things that would need to be done and the pricing. He also ran a cleaner to bust up the rest of the buildup in the drain pipes to buy more time till the issues could be resolved.
He came out a few days later, due to a schedule conflict I had, and arrived exactly at the time I was told he would. He came in, immediately got to work and cleaned up everything very well. After he made all the necessary changes/repairs, he flooded the line to ensure it was draining quickly and properly. Everything he said he would do, he did, and did it very well. The unit drains perfectly now and runs like a champ. No more hauling buckets of water down a ladder for this guy in the forseable future.
I would highly recommend this company, they were reasonable, their support staff was great, they were prompt, on time, efficient and professional.

This is the first time I’ve used C&C Meyers and it won’t be the last.
I had an issue with my toilet. It was a relatively quick fix. I was only charged for a minimal service call … which was reasonable and easily less than half the price of a so-called “Christian” company that came out a year before for an outdoor shower repair.
The plumbing tech Justin Hawk was very friendly, had the part and offered advice on a hard-to-turn valve.

I have a ~5 year old HVAC system that I had serviced a couple months ago by C&C Myers. I have never had an issue with it. My wife and I have been out of town quite a bit of late so AC has been set at 75, however, this weekend, the 4th, was the first time the unit has been put to proper summer use here in Charleston. The compressor has stoped working and my wife was told it will be 3.5 days at the earliest before someone can get here. I now understand what the negative reviews are saying and have the feeling I have been scammed. We were to leave town after the 4th but will now need to stay here to, again to the negative reviews, be more than likely told the problem has nothing to do with them and the unit will require some expensive repair. At which point I will need to hire a more reputable company. Not worth what we paid for a simple service. When you are told that emergency repairs are ~4 days out, and realize it’s more than likely that the majority of those are on units C&C installed/serviced it’s time to advise people to look elsewhere.

OK, long story long, had someone (not C&C) come out to look at AC not cooling. Found nothing wrong with unit, must be duct work leaks. I patched the leaks, unit worked good until it didn’t. Called C&C because unit just wasn’t cooling AFTER duct work repairs I did myself. I felt defeated, and ineffective. Brandon showed up, found a coolant leak, fixed it good, like perfect! He was patient with my questions, spoke with the heart of a teacher, and gave me the intellectual tools to assure my wife it was NOT MY FAULT the AC wasn’t working correctly, I could not have fixed it myself, and in the end, my repairs, and Brandon’s excellent service have cooled my home, saved my marriage, and made me a hero in the eyes of my wife. Thank you!
