Excellent customer service! I emailed for their fall tune up special and received a call back within 12 minutes. They came out within 3 days and got me sorted. Claude called to confirm he was 10 minutes away and showed up exactly on time!!

Being new to the area, he fully explained my heating and air conditioning systems. I felt very confident in his appraisal of the condition. He tested to make certain I had correct temperature output. Everything was a perfect working order with no issues or additional cost.

I am very comfortable knowing my system is in great condition and the price was fantastic!! I plan do their yearly maintenance program as well.

Absolutely fantastic service! I sent a request in through their website and had a response within 24 hrs. Needed my 25 year old unit replaced. Claude came out to my place and actually listened. We decided on the perfect HVAC system for my place. The next day Claude and his crew showed up early in the morning and started going to work. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Claude was able to schedule the install very quickly. He ensured everything was perfectly fit to our older home. He even went an extra mile and had a custom hood fabricated to meet our dimensions. Mt Pleasant Heating and Air is an excellent company. I called for a specific service and they went above and beyond. Cruze and Claude did an outstanding job servicing my HVAC unit. They were extremely professional, well trained and kept me updated throughout the entire process from beginning to end.

Called on Tuesday and they were out on Thursday to take a look at my AC unit. Claude found the problem very quickly told me that a wire had burned out and that he would replace it. Before he left the house was already starting to feel better and we were very grateful to not have to sleep in an 89 Degree house another night. Claude was very personable and obviously knowledgeable plus our dogs really liked him which is a tall tale sign anyways. I thought it was a bit expensive to replace a wire at 290 bucks but based off the reviews on here I knew they were the right company because it seems like this is a place that has integrity and great craftsmanship. Will definitely use them moving forward
