The staff at Southern Seasons HVAC were terrific Claude and Cruze were always responsive, professional and friendly. And I can't praise Claude, Bubba and Cruze enough. They were completely professional, always on time, and very friendly. They thoughtfully rose to the challenge of the job (three ductless mini splits, which involved climbing on the roof through two trap doors, and some tricky placement and maneuvering). They were installed yesterday - - all is good so far. We obtained 3 bids theirs was the most thorough and fair.

We knew we need a new system ASAP. We requested an appointment on their website. They called, scheduled and showed up the next day (Thursday). The system was installed on Monday. They were professional, clean, courteous and on time. So far we are very pleased with the services provided. We will be referring to friends and family and we definitely use them again.
