Routine maintenance on HVAC system done by Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning. Can't say enough about this service call. Told the office that I would like to have him as my regular technician. I don't have any complaints about the other techs, but he went out of his way to answer questions and advice on maintaining my system.

They are great! I had been without air conditioning for two weeks ( awaiting a paid maintenance company to come repair my air) this is during the time that the weather temperature was in the upper 90’s range. Claude came out the same day( actually earlier than I expected). They are good!!

Claude and Cruze we're great!! They were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. There was no sales pressure at all from Claude when offered additional service options. We had the most fabulous expeprience with Horne HVAC, they are so communicative, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Everyone that we dealt with beginning to Claude, Cruze and I am sure I am missing a few, were fantastic. We were in a bit of sticker shock because they were replacing a system that was 32 years old (yes, I said 32 yrs old and it still worked but was not very efficient) as well as replacing all of the duct work but it was worth every penny, it works like a champ! These guys are awesome. Came out when we called at 12:30 am and stayed identifying and fixing the problem until midnight. They ran through tests of all the possible issues and explained everything in detail as well as pricing (which was very reasonable). They were very extremely knowledgeable and professional and really went above and beyond. My AC is running great and these guys are now my go-to hvac servicemen.

I called to get a diagnosis when our HVAC wasn't working. They had a special for only $39.00. The service tech was on time and everyone kept in constant communication. Unfortunately our whole system did need to be replaced, which we kind of thought was going to be the outcome as it was old. The project manager came the same day within a few hours and quoted us a price. He got us all set up with financing and had us scheduled for Friday of the same week. The next day they called to bump us up the Wednesday because the temperature was about to drop and they didn't want us to be without heat all week. Wednesday they came a little late in the afternoon due to some issues that had in the previous job, but stayed until the unit was in and we had working heat. There was a few things they had to finish up but said they would be out by Friday to get it all done. Thursday afternoon they were back at it and completed everything. Everyone we came into contact was very professional and extremely friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs anything from a basic service call to a full installation.

I have been calling on All Mount Pleasant Heating and Air for different AVAC issues over past few years. Claude and his technicians are always quick and very professional and their prices are very reasonable. Even on an old unit, Claude always finds a way to fix it at a reasonable price. I will always call Mount Pleasant HVAC for any of my HVAC issues.

Claude was amazing and on time for the appointment and knew exactly how to fix the coil in my unit. He was beyond friendly and it only took a short time to be fixed. The price was within my budget. I will be calling g again in the future and requesting Claude!!
