Mount Pleasant Heating & Air Cooling

Our A/C Freon line was accidentally cut about mid-day today. Getting it fixed today was mandatory. We are long term customers of Mt Pleasant HVAC and they have always responded lightening fast. On this Famously Hot Day, 92 feels like 104, we're cool again. Really never felt the house get warm. Thanks Mt Pleasant HVAC!!!

These guys did a great job working on the heat pump at my vacation home recently, they were prompt & punctual, responsive 24/7, and charge an amazing $98 price on service calls anytime of the day (no "after-hours" up-charges). Their service plan packages are awesome too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone use Mount Pleasant Heating & Air for last minute emergencies or scheduled service plans. After lengthy conversations with Claude about the pro's and con's of various units. I chose one and today was the day for installation. Claude and Cruze came out and did a fantastic job. Very customer oriented. took the extra steps to make sure everything was protected while bringing in the air handler to be placed in my attic. Afterwards, all trash was picked up and the floor swept. I would highly recommend Mt Pleasant Heating & Air.

Have always found employees at Mt Pleasant Heat & Air friendly & professional. I found them to be honest & capable. They serviced my 3 units in my last home & just finished inspecting a home I have under contract to purchase. They have been a pleasure to work with.

23 year old system went out so wanted a whole new system along with all the 30 year old duct work replaced. Called around and got numerous quotes and this company was among the lowest but really seemed to want the business. Had everything "in stock" and a quick schedule date for install. They were here promptly at 0930 and,to my surprise, they had the entire job done and cleaned up by 1315 New system came with a great warranty and service plan and is functioning as promised. Would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Claude and his team were beyond amazing!!!! First of all my air went out over the July 4th weekend and I called around for estimates and Claude came out the same day. Then he brought me a window unit so that we had some cool air. Then when they came out the next day, the technicians were one time and very professional. Claude also came to check on the progress and also helped the technicians with taking what they needed upstairs. I highly recommend this company with your heating and air issues!! Again Great Job!!

This is an amazing company. They initially installed our unit when our hone was built and have maintained it for the past 6 years. They are amazing. We’ve never had an issue with our unit but I’ve called with a few questions after hours and Claude always talks me through it. This is a one of a kind company. Thanks Claude and Cruze McAlhany!!

I am a repeat customer over last few years - each time they have been extremely responsive, available on short notice, called ahead to say "on the way", arrived on time, did a thorough diagnosis and ultimately, at a reasonable repair cost. Both the office and repair team are very professional and friendly as well. When my AC unit finally dies (is 23+years old..) I will definitely compare their replacement costs vs other options. I recommend you call them...

Claude and his son came out today to look at my system that was not working at all. He had to do some rewiring, water removal, and the list goes on. He was so plesant and professional. All of this-here over an hour for a very reasonable price.
I would highly recommend.
