We had issues with our AC unit and had 1 HVAC company tell us we needed a $15000 new unit. Luckily we got a 2nd opinion....
These guys told us our unit should last years yet and were able to fix it. Super honest and reliable AND affordable! So VERY thankful for Mt. Pleasant HVAC!

Wow...what an exceptional team of outstanding technicians. We are building a house and they have been installing all week. They kept the work areas meticulous, were so polite,and very knowledgeable. The leader of the crew is a huge asset to the company. He really enjoys and takes pride in all he does and appears to be a great all around person. I must admit that Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning has been the best company we have ever dealt with (and we're old! Ha)

Everything about this company has been wonderful. Scheduling is quick and easy and the customer service is exceptional. Claude came out to clean and check our two split units and he did a phenomenal job. He was professional and thorough and even took the time to explain how the units worked and how I could help maintain their integrity. Claude came helped us out too when our heat suddenly went out. He was knowledgeable and informative and fixed our issue in no time. Highly recommend this company!

Called Mt Pleasant Heating and Air to get a spring cleaning done on AC unit. Scheduling was able to immediately book us an appointment for the next morning. Claude showed up right at the estimated appointment time. Gave me a complete walk through of his cleaning process and identified some issues with our current system. Claude was very knowledgeable and personable. Will be recommending this company to any family/friends that need HVAC work done.

Claude from Mt Pleasant Heating and Air came out due to our heating system not working at all. He was a very nice person and very easy to understand what the problem is. We are waiting on the salesman to come out this evening to set up the plans and appointment to have a new system installed. Mt Pleasant Heating and Air is very fortunate to have such a smart young man for an employee! Claude was great too! He explained all the options to us in a way we could easily understand. You guys are very lucky to have them both!!

Claude came out to repair an issue we had with our gas logs. He was very responsive, prompt, and polite. He was able to quickly fix the issue and clearly explained why the issue happened. Mount Pleasant HVAC cost a lot less and could get out to us a lot sooner than other gas log companies we called. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning!We have had two ac tune ups through them and they have been extremely professional, thorough, and affordable. Communication and scheduling is always superb. Claude, our service technician today, did a great job checking our system and electrical components, as well as cleaning coils and drains. He was extremely polite and friendly! Will continue using this company!

Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning is a customer first company. My hats off to Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning. I took advantage of there tune up special. I was running late and they waited for me , yes waited for there customer. Where do you see that now a days. I was greeted by Claude who surprised me with his kindness. He explained to me what he was doing. I had questions since he was doing more than the last company did. I felt comfortable and not like Claude was there just to sell me something. We made appointments for Mt Pleasant Heating & Air to service units at both our our homes. We were surprised that they were willing to service units that were 45 miles apart. We were very pleased with the thorough check of our units including recommendations received to maintain them. We need our entire HVAC system replaced in one of the homes and definitely plan on letting these folks do the job! Professional and highly recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Professional, super friendly it’s been like having your neighbor come help you out. Claude was awesome and really knows his HVAC. Highly recommend these people, Tonya kept me informed with an eta, on the way texts, and was so easy to talk to. They came out to my house again on a Saturday on their way to do personal things. Price was more than fair, and they don’t just come out and right away try to sell you a new unit. Unheard of business quality. Call them asap
