Mount Pleasant Heating & Air Cooling

Our HVAC unit had been giving us problems for the past year or more. We've had it repaired and refilled the refrigerant a couple times. This year the energy usage of our utility bill had been skyrocketing. I was hesitant to commit to a whole new system. However, our energy usage has dropped tremendously, so in time the new HVAC will pay for itself. I went with the recommendation from Southern Seasons HVAC for the appropriate SEER, and it works great.

The technicians were early for the appointment which was nice. They were courteous and professional and did a thorough job. The yearly preventative maintenance was a very fair price. Thank you!!!

When I noticed an issue with our AC unit, I was surprised by how quickly I was able to get a technician to come to my house. He was able to provide an update with the problems and breakdown different options to fix it. I'm not sure yet if we'll use Claude to fix the issues, as the price was much higher than anticipated.

Claude McAlhany came and explained my options for a new a/c unit. I didn’t feel pressured. He came back the next day and installed temporary window units until my order was able to be fulfilled. He was funny, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him.

Our original AC units were having issues in the middle of August. I called Mount Pleasant Heating and Air and Claude showed up 1hr later! Did an assessment and replaced the units the following week. Local company, trustworthy, easy process. I recommend them.
