Mr. Claude and his team were amazing. He came out very quick to check our AC unit. Fixed some of the dampers that we stuck closed in a home and replaced our AC unit quickly and very affordable. Claude with Cruze has been the technician that has serviced my hvac units and has been an amazing employee. Friendly, courteous and most of all very knowledgeable of what is needed to get your system running again. I have not nor will go to any other hvac company in The Midlands.

I called first thing one morning and a tech was at my house in under a half an hour. He diagnosed my blower was bad and called while on site to find they had one left in stock. He came back the next day, earlier than he said he would, and fixed it right up. My only complaint is they are a little pricey, almost $500 for labor (the blower was still under warranty) and to clean the unit. I would think for no longer than It took, that would include cleaning out under the AC fan in the top of the unit, but that’s my fault I didn’t ask first. Otherwise I haven’t ever had any complaints from Claude.

My Mother had an issue with her AC unit putting out cool air and as a suggestion from my brothers she was advised to call Southern Seasons Heating and Air let's just say that was the best suggestion possibly made! The guys were ON TIME and very nice. They explained ways that maintaining the AC unit could be handled. When there was a question they answered it the best that they could and if they were stumped they didn't mind calling the office for a more accurate explanation. Our family would definitely recommend Claude to anyone who needed a reputable company to come fix an issue they may be experiencing. Awesome job!! Thank You so much!!

I have been using Mt Pleasant Heating and Air Conditioning for literal 29 years now and cannot recommend them enough! Summertime in SC is no joke and I have received stellar service each and every time they have come out. They explain exactly what is going on, what they suggest you should do (without trying to oversell or overcharge). I'd give 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and call them for your HVAC needs.

When they finished the installation everything was clean and in place. They are willing to go the extra step to make sure the customer is satisfied.

They were professional, thorough and squeezed my entire installation in on almost no notice. They are real folks, doing sincere quality work and deserve to have your business. After two call to other AC companies( with no show ) , called this company. An easy repair to our heat pump, they showed up within an hour and repaired the problem. Very responsive and professional, very highly recommended! ! ! ! !

Our entire experience was amazing from start to finish. They were very kind and professional and you can tell they will take pride in their work. The Owner Claude gave us all the details to make the right decision for our home, and stayed in contact with us to make sure everything went well. And the Supermen he sent to get us squared away, we’re fast, professional, efficient, and kind. They made sure everything worked, and that we understood our new unit which we love. Then they cleaned everything. They were absolutely great. To have people come in and do what they say they are going to do and actually follow through was great to see for a change.
