After 18years and a season of expensive repairs, I knew it was time to replace our HVAC. I requested quotes from at least 3 different companies-Mt Pleasant HVAC was suggested through Edisto Electric Corp referral process. From first contact with their excellent sales rep, Claude, working with their terrific installation crew on 3 units, the process was thorough, professional, friendly and most importantly, fair. Mt Pleasant HVAC is a great company to work with and I feel wonderful about the interactions we had.

Claude was polite and professional when coming out to do our HVAC maintenance. He called when he was on his way and once he arrived explained everything very proficiently. He made sure we knew what was going on at every step of the process. Highly recommend Mt Pleasant HVAC and asking for Claude to be our tech every time!

Heat went out on a holiday weekend and Claude was there same day. The service tech explained what he found and made the repair on the spot. The day before, I called a different company and they tried to convince me I needed to replace the entire system. Glad I got a send opinion from an honest company!!! They just earned all my business and all my referrals.

Everyone there was amazing. Claude who handles everything on the phone is so nice and efficient! I've never had such quick service. We needed our air conditioner repaired and a whole new furnace . The technicians were polite and very knowledgeable. Their prices were very reasonable and fair! I would definitely recommend them and will use them if need be in the future!!

The Claude and his son Cruze did a great job removing and installing my new HVAC system. The best part was that the owners Son can and inspected the work and made sure everything was right. They mailed me the Dominion rebate forms filled out. I just had to sign. Great work I highly recommend Claude for HVAC work/repair.

Claude told me when he would be there and he held his word. Very knowledgeable in his field. Showed and explained problems and what might need attention before long. No pushy salesman act. Got in and got the job done. Very happy with with the service and professionalism. Definitely would recommend.

Yesterday the temp hit 100 and we came back from a movie to find our A/C was out. Called Air Central as they initially installed the unit to our new home 8 years ago. Got someone the out here the next day at 3 pm (which was the fastest of ANY of the 12+ places I called). The company sent Claude to fix our unit. He was thorough and polite and took the time to explain to use what the issues were, and how we can prevent some of these things in the future. He didn't blame us or try to sell us anything. He was as professional as could possibly be. If you are shopping around for an install, repair or tune-up look no further. These people will treat you right. And the price was as low as could certainly be expected. Hats off to Mt Pleasant HVAC - looking forward to having you take care of all our HVAC needs!
