Our furnace broke down recently and Eastergard responded promptly to our request for assistance. They listened to our concerns, explained appropriate HVAC options, presented quotations for three units that best suited our needs and described applicable rebates during their initial visit. Within a week of our meeting, the desired system was ordered, installed with some new ductwork and optimized for our home. The installation manager checked back with us to ensure that we were comfortable after living with the system a couple of days and answer any questions we had about its operation. Eastergard provided top tier equipment and quality service at a very competitive price. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Eastergard has been an incredible provider for our HVAC needs. I have worked with them for the past two weeks, getting two new systems installed in our offices. They have been nothing but helpful. We’ve used Eastergard since we moved into this house with an HVAC that the home inspector called “on its last legs.” Manny has always been super friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual over the last few years of repairs. When it was inevitably time to replace the entire system, Eastergard provided a reasonable quote. They were very communicative and respectful- taking off their shoes in the house, cleaning up afterwards, etc. Chad came back after everything was installed to ensure proper functionality and make sure we were happy. Eastergard was fast, friendly, and efficient when servicing a heating issue on my Carrier unit in the middle of a cold snap that left our house freezing cold. My friendly technician, Manny, walked me through the changes that needed to be made, explaining each step, and helped troubleshoot a different issue I was having. I was well pleased with the services received from the team at Eastergard HVAC. I initially chose them to bid on replacing 3 existing HVAC units that were 21 years old. Alex was responsive and provided me with sufficient information to compare against other bids received. The installation team showed up on time and provided professional removal of the old equipment and installation of the new. They answered all of my questions and left the areas clean after removal and reinstallation. This replacement of 3 units was over a 3 day period. I would recommend Eastergard be considered for your HVAC replacement.
