I've worked with Eastergard for years on multiple projects such as duct replacement, HVAC replacement, to installation of gas lanterns, etc. The team is all around great, the communication is prompt and professional, and the pricing is competitive with superior customer service and quality. Eastergard HVAC installed a mini split system for our home workshop. We were impressed with the whole process from the discussion with the sales person through the installation process. They presented us with a number of options to fit our space from the least expensive to most expensive, explaining the pros and cons of each. There was absolutely no pressure to buy one over the other. After leaving us with the estimates, I contacted Eastergard a few times by email and phone. They were very prompt at responding and answering our follow up questions. They actually recommended the basic model, but we eventually decided for ourselves to go with one of the mid-priced models. The installation was scheduled and on the morning the work was to be done we received a call they were on the way and arrived on time.

The two gentlemen performing the install were friendly and professional, explaining the process and asking our preference for where to install and how to run the exterior lines to the outside unit. In the end the team exceeded our expectations and were able to install the unit where we wanted it and actually hide the external lines where they were not visible. When the team finished they cleaned up the area and provided a demonstration on how the system operated, then asked if we had any questions.

We would highly recommend Eastergard for any HVAC needs and services.

When our AC started to go out during the start of the summer heat, Easterguard managed to fit us as new clients into their busy schedules the next day. They came prepared to find and fix any issues. Within an hour, our unit was fixed and AC back in action! Joe is excellent at his craft and a truly nice guy. Highly recommend this company.

My service tech was Chris, and I was appreciative of his thoroughness and professionalism. Our AC became unresponsive overnight, and thankfully the only issue was an airflow challenge due to an overdue filter change. I look forward to working with Eastergard HVAC in the future as a new maintenance client.

My experience with Eastergard was solid. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and the Eastergard on-call tech Gage was here within the hour. Unfortunately, the compressor was fried (24 years old) and we ended up needing a new HVAC (figured it was best to do the furnace as it was equally as old). The following Monday morning I heard from Tim, and although he had nobody available to send out that week to quote a new system, he was able to get Joel out two days later (even though Joel is not their sales person). I got quotes from 4 companies and the Eastergard quote was the one we chose. One company had a fast-talker who tried to talk over my head on purpose; one was extremely expensive and over-kill for what we needed; the third was good, but the salesperson recommended a system that I did not think was sufficient for our needs. We scheduled the install for the following week, but Tim called promptly when he had a cancellation and was able to get the install crew out that Friday. I was very impressed with Eastergard - they were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a positive and easy customer experience.

Excellent service. Eastergard recently replaced our home heating and air conditioning units in one day after carefully going over our needs and recommending the most efficient and reasonably priced system. They are courteous, competent and reliable. We have used them for several years for service and highly recommend.

Easterguard is a small, locally owned business that has always been very responsive when we have needed them for our personal residence as well as several of our income properties. They are professional, well organized and have personable, knowledgeable and skilled technicians that do the job right. Price wise, they are competitive with larger companies in both providing servicing and troubleshooting of existing units as well as installing of new systems. I recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the years to come!

My HVAC unit failed at the end of the workday. I made a series of calls to HVAC companies. Eastergard was professional and communicative from the start. The technician, Gage, called me after hours to troubleshoot with me. He was kind and competent. He came over that night, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, then helped take measures to prevent issues in the future. To keep it brief, I'll use Eastergard and Gage again and recommend you do the same. I'm impressed. Thanks, y'all.
