I highly recommend Eastergard for any HVAC work you need. They communicate very well before and during the job, and their installers are professional and hardworking. They installed a new system on my house, and I've been really impressed with the performance and my low power bills!

I called the Eastergards to come and look at my poorly functioning AC unit. It was 18 years old and needed to be replaced. We also got a quote for a mini-split AC unit for an (poorly planned) addition, that was not tied in to the existing AC for the house prior to us moving in. Their team made the whole process stress free from quoting to installation. They presented several options and explained the pros and cons of each and made realistic recommendations based on our situation. The installers were very courteous and professional. They brought up any potential issues they found, but always addressed them. One example is that they found a drain pipe under the house that was in their way, and instead of sayin, "not my problem" and having me deal with it, they let me know that they would be removing it temporarily and reattaching it when they were done. They also were very conscientious about any messes they made and left my home and yard in a better state than when they arrived. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have used Eastergard’s services for almost 30 years and most recently had a gas pack installed. And we have made it a family affair with my entire family using Eastergard’s services. My service person this time was Aaron. He was here in a timely fashion, polite, thorough and made sure I had no further questions or problems!

Chris was polite, friendly, educational. These days customer service is a dying art. Chris did a great job. Told us if the issues, and preventative suggestions that might help.

Josh worked very hard to repair my heat pump, and he installed one Aire filter. Excellent work and very caring!
