Sales person did an excellent job of answering all of my questions. Financining offers were excellent. No interes for three years. They installed an American Standard unit rated as an exellent unit in Consumer Reports. Technicians arrived around 9:00 AM and were finished around 4:00 PM. System is working well. Had a few questions which were answered while they were here. Set up my Nest thermostat, no charge. Technicians put down tarps over or rugs and cleaned up. I would highly reccommend this company if tiy are looking foir an HVAC unit.

We recently hired Eastergard to install a new air conditioning and gas furnace system including all new duct work. During the initial visit, Alex gave us a very professional and complete presentation of our options. We chose Eastergard over other companies in large part due to Alex. The install crew was great and completed the work on time and cleaned up well afterwards. I would certainly use Eastergard again and encourage others to use then as well.

We had Eastergard come out and check our system when it stopped working. They were able to get our heat back on and let us know our system was in disrepair and running on emergency back up heat and needed to be replaced. We had them replace our system while we were out of town. Came home to a much, much quieter system after they reworked placement of our handler, return, and some of the ducts. Alex contacted us and made a special trip once we were back in town to show us how to setup and work our new thermostats and give us info about ongoing maintenance for our new system. So thankful for Eastergard and their great customer service!

In 2004, I had a lot of renovations done on my home, including renovation of my two-unit HVAC system. At that time, I met kind and gracious George and Joel Eastergard and, subsequently, received a reasonable quote for my HVAC project. Contracting with Eastergard HVAC was the best hiring decision I made on all my renovations. Over the ensuing eighteen years, I have continued to welcome Eastergard into my home. From the easy scheduling of an appointment to the timely and efficient completion and clean-up of a service call, Eastergard personnel show exceptional courtesy and a desire to meet client needs. Eastergard clearly has high standards for their services and for their client relationships. For example, my most recent encounter with Eastergard was when Alex addressed an issue with humidity in my home. After considering options, Alex gave me professional advice that I followed. The problem was solved and Alex saved me a lot of money. I feet like Alex had my best interest at heart, as I believe George and Joel did back in 2004.

The crew that came out to replace my ailing HVAC system were on time and very professional. Very clean install. My sales agent Alex came by to check on the install and to see if I had any questions or concerns, again very professional. I highly recommend Eastergard HVAC Inc for any and all HVAC needs you may have.
