I purchased an American Standard A/C unit from Eastergard last year. They did a great job from start to finish! I cannot be more pleased with their service, workmanship, and value. Highly recommend these folks to anyone needing HVAC repair, service, or a new unit.

I had a GREAT experience with Eastergard. The Service Manager was prompt and responsive. The Technician was prompt, courteous, helpful and informative. I would definitely use Eastergard again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Most importantly, we have found Eastergard HVAC to provide the highest quality work. They are also reponsive to our needs and very professional. The technicians we deal with are professional, courteous, communicative and very competent; and the business side of Eastergard is run professionally as well. We first dealt with Eastergard nearly 30 years ago, with the founder George Eastergard and were impressed by his pride in his work and his craftsman-like commitement to excellent quality. It seems to me that those philosophies permeate the company today. As a former HVAC industry executive, I know the value of the dealer, installer, and servicer; and I can recommend Eastergard highly.

If you want the best , use these guys . They stand by their work with no hassle , they want the customer to be happy Always . And , the techs and team are All professional and Chad was super helpful in addressing any concerns I had or questions . They provide quality , professionalism and a great product . I have been using them for years at my condo In downtown Greenville and they do are the best . And , I never write reviews but this time I had too.

Easterguard has never disappointed me - even when the call has required emergence service at night. They performed a seasonal examination and upgrade yesterday. Justin Horn is new but excellent. Mannerly, professional, on time and explained everything including recommended up grades. Very satisfied.

I have been a customer of Eastergard for over 20 years. The service is excellent and Manny does a great job servicing my system. I recently had them install a new HVAC unit and they did a great job.

We are still very pleased with the American Standard Gold 18 heat pump replacing gas furnace/AC. The quietness is remarkable.

I was told it would take 4 days to replace the old ductwork and heat pump with new ductwork and a high efficiency gas furnace. They almost did it in 3 DAYS!! There's a reason I have been using Eastergard for 18 years now; they're competent, reliable, and HONEST! They actually care about the customer and follow up on all they do. I'm happier than a dead pig in the sun!

Joe came out today to do a maintenance/safety check on our furnace. He was friendly, professional, and pointed out some helpful safety items that could use some improvement. We were pleased with his knowledge and his customer service!

I have dealt with Eastergard for 20+ years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They recently installed a new American Standard HVAC system in my home; and I love it. They do what they say they'll do, they do it on time and itsi done right. Great company.
