Ferguson HVAC Supply

Refused to sell a transformer. The same relay you can buy online from a dozen places. Claim they weren't allowed to. 3 guys behind the counter seemed pretty comfortable doing nothing. Could have made a 30 second sale.

Very discussed. Two difference sales associates, on two different occasions, have show no interest in helping find replacement/new products! And the products I'm referring too, were bought at this Ferguson. Their loss, I have taken my business to a company that spent the better half of a day helping me. Didn't know me from Adam! With that said, I'll be happy to refer anyone who has had this same experience to a very customer friendly business.

I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license...
....thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student"
If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store. By the way I purchased 4 capacitors from another parts store without any problems.......8/28/2020 update....i just had a great experience there today so I'd like to retract my previous review...Thanks guys

The staff at Ferguson Greenville are wonderful. They get you in and out to your job as fast as they can and they have good service.

There are a good group of guys behind the counter. They will do their best to keep you up and running.

Very unhelpful. Needed a roll of formaldehyde free duct wrap. No effort was made to try and get what I was looking for. Price was never an issue or question.

The delivery drivers are the best in the industry!

Parts counter guys are the best. Friendly and personable.
