I had a reoccurring problem with my AC within a month after it was initially serviced. When I called and explained, the receptionist was kind and helpful. She had a technician out to my home in a few hours. He was very thorough and completely took the time to address the issue. He installed an added item at no charge to me that he felt would help my system run more efficiently. A follow up was also assigned for the next week to make sure my AC was running well. I am a new customer and service like this is what a good business looks like. Thank you so much. Hats off to my technician, Scott.

I called our former A/C company in March for spring maintenance and was informed I needed a complete A/C replacement even though I was having no problems with my A/C! I was sent a quote of $8,854.00! Since I have a home warranty I filed a claim and the insurance company sent out a man that informed me that there was nothing wrong with my A/C! Eastergard was recommended to me so for the fall maintenance I called them. Aaron came out and serviced my A/C system, addressed all my concern and questions. He exhibited the highest professionalism a customer expects. I have found a A/C company that I will continue to use and hope you will use them for your A/C needs as well!

We called today for service and they promised to be out by the end of the day. Everyone else we called had a wait of at least 1-2 days. Chris showed up that about 1:00 and quickly diagnosed the problem. And, unlike other companies, he actually had the item needed on his truck and was able to fix the problem. He was professions, courteous, and very knowledgeable. This was also a fair price for coming out so quickly and getting the job done with one visit, which is almost unheard of. Thank you Chris, you were wonderful. Highly recommend Eastergard and Chris!!

It was time for a new HVAC system in our condo..... After the rave reviews from other residents in our community that had their HVAC replaced by Eastergard HVAC, we decided to use them and could not be more pleased with everything. From the thorough explanation of the system being installed to the actual removal of old system to the new HVAC system install, everything went smoothly and efficiently. The install team were very careful and respectful of our property when installing and did a good cleanup after they were complete. We are thrilled with our new system and the price for the quality of equipment and service we received. The owner even came by to visit with us the next day after install to check out his installers work and to see if we had additional questions or concerns.
I have had other HVAC systems installed in previous homes and have to say that none have even come close to the care, quality or fair pricing that Eastergard HVAC has provided !

Had to call them late on a Saturday and they were very prompt at coming out. Chris was super easy to work with and was able to get the required part very quickly. I have used Eastergard several times and I 100% recommend them. Honest and priced fairly.

In the hottest days of summer my air conditioner went out. I called Eastergard. They were there the next morning we made arrangements for me to get a new air-conditioning unit. They offered a window unit to put in my bedroom to help me limp through the hot days. I have never heard of such service!! They came on the day and the time that they said they would and the installers were very professional and friendly. It was a great experience. I also appreciated that they did the paperwork for my rebates. Such an incredible company to work with. It's rare these days that you get what you want when you want it and that what somebody promises actually happens. When our AC fell out, they were there within the hour to find out the problem, immediately ordered the parts and scheduled installation for when the parts would arrive. They permitted with the city, hired the crane and hoisted that AC up on the day that they said they would. Their staff is understanding, professional, responsive and caring. Very impressed with this business and I will be letting everyone know this is a company that has your back.

Joe was an exceptional technician who is highly knowledgeable, professional and honest. He did a wonderful job explaining what was wrong with my AC and what my options for repair were.
