One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Sean was so professional and personal. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and gave us all his attention while servicing our A/C. We have been using One Hour now for a couple of years and have been very pleased with office staff and those out in the field. Sean was the Best.

Timely, courteous, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Quick turnaround I called late Friday & they were here before 9am out by 11am. My only dislike at this point is that the service fee doesn't apply to repairs if they are determined to be needed but they do share that before booking.

Technician Mike was on time dressed professionally in uniform and very knowledgeable. Mike also requested a second appointment to confer with the install manager to be sure the correct job is quoted. Refreshing to deal with a tech who really cares about the correct job.

Sean with One Hour was super helpful. We had a pretty simple problem with our heater, and he was able to help us quickly and easily. He was really friendly and had tons of recommendations for us being new to Greenville. Would recommend!
