The HVAC specialist came to inspect the A/C for upcoming warm/hot months in keeping with the maintenance agreement. I was informed by the specialist that the A/C is working well despite being 30-years-old. He made some recommendations for possible enhancements but gave no pressure to replace the unit at this time. I know I will have to replace the system one day soon, but appreciated the fact that I wasn’t made to feel I had to do it now. This professionalism affirmed my decision to use Eastergard HVAC, Inc. I recommend this service to anyone looking for trustworthy professional services.

We got quotes from four reputable HVAC companies. Eastergard was not only the best price for the same equipment, but they were professional, courteous, and did excellent work. We had to replace a very old furnace/AC in the crawl space, as well as all the ductwork. They cleaned up every day (3 days) and finished on time as promised. We love the new high efficiency American Standard system. We will be calling them again when the upstairs unit needs to be replaced!

Chris was amazing! I have the maintenance plan which is so convenient. They called me to schedule and came out on time, even received a call on their way out! Excellent all around service!

On December 22, just a day before temperatures plunged to 9 degrees, our HVAC system failed beyond repair. Eastergard to the rescue! Provided space heaters to get is through the cold spell and then installed a new, efficient heat pump system that is now keeping us warm and comfortable. Truly 5 star, top notch, first class service. Techs were all very friendly, professional and did a wonderful job with our AC installation! They were a little in the pricey side (we got cheaper quotes), but with their higher prices, you get much higher quality of service and we knew it would all be done correctly. (Which it was) Very impressed with the whole process! Would highly recommend!

Miguel called before he arrived to let us know he was on the way. He was very courteous and friendly while he was there. He explained clearly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix.

Chris did a very thorough and professional job of replacing a sensor in the outside unit and installing a new thermostat. He went through the setup and explained very clearly how to use the new thermostat. Excellent service!

Arrived at 7:50 am, 25 minutes ahead of schedule departed at 10:55am, approximately 3.0 Hours total crew of 4👍 very impressed with the overall effort of Mark the lead installer and the crew; good job 👍 Even replaced the existing thermostat which had a faulty display at no extra charge. Provided a 2-year warranty on labor whereas everybody else was only one year. Also 0% financing for 24 months. I especially like the fact that they were very specific about what they were going to do, including the model numbers for each component. No bait and switch, no upselling. Just good honest business practices.

I called them when our A/C stopped working. They were prompt to schedule an appointment that worked for both of us. The technicians were clean and courteous. They were on time. Work was completed ahead of schedule and they cleaned up after themselves. This is one of the best businesses with whom I have ever dealt.
