I was that happy they were able to get a tech to me the same day I called. The tech was there on time and was courteous. He did have to come back the following day since he had to order a blower moter. That ended up not being the issue though and I ended up being charged $210 for a thermostat that costs around $50. That is a ridiculous mark up. I could accept 100% markup but not 400%. My bill came in at $536 for $100 worth of parts, service call fee and the rest was labor. It wasn't my fault the tech didn't diagnose the issue properly at first. This company installed my system and thermostat less than 4 years ago but didn't discount any of this work. Very unfortunate as I was happy with my system and referred them to several other friends. Not anymore!

Excellent and professional service technicians and customer service. We have been using Eastergard for years to service our HVAC and our generator. The Service technicians are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very prompt. Highly recommend.

The technician came the same day that I called Eastergard for repair. Tom was very knowledgeable and eager to answer my questions, so I could do an informed decision regarding the repair. AC was back and running before lunch. The next day, I texted Tom with some additional questions regarding the AC unit that we will need to replace soon. He called me back and patiently explained and answered all my questions.

We are very pleased with this company. We called and got quick service for a furnace that was not working. Zack came out and assessed the problem, ordered the part and it was installed the next day. I highly recommend Eastergard and Zack T. Thanks for your excellent service!

I called these guys on a Tuesday morning they came out within hours. Ended up needing to replace my heat pump. They had it installed by Thursday afternoon. Thank you Alex, Joe, and Chris for superior service!

Over the years, they have consistently provided us with professional care, personable attention, answers to all of our questions, additional information to enhance our knowledge, quality products from which to choose, and prompt service. Just had a new heat and air system installed on one of the hottest days of the year. The men arrived on time and worked hard all day, even into the evening so we would not be without cool air overnight. They hit a couple of problems along the way and never missed a beat. They knew exactly what to do and stayed with the job until it was finished. They were polite, skilled and hard working.
