Alex with Eastergard came out to take a look at a new addition we added on to the house. He assessed our needs and provided a very reasonable quote to provide HVAC to our game room. We are extremely happy with the service we received from Eastergard HVAC. They returned our call right away, even though it was after hours. We needed a whole new heating/cooling system and they installed the unit quickly. Because it was August, they offered us window fans until they could do the install. Alex and the install team were very kind, considerate, and professional, even going so far as to connect the new thermostat to our WiFi. They were very responsive to my emails and I highly recommend them.

Joe came to fix the A/C at my house. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the unit. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem, including going after a part at the warehouse, and being done in just over an hour and a half. Not my first time using Eastergard. I am very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them anytime.
