Hands down the best HVAC company in the area. We are very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We highly recommend them.

This is a service I would use again. The owner of this business was very meticulous in his assessment of our needs. He went above and beyond what I expected on the installing a Trane central air for us. He corrected the ductwork mistakes of a previous insulation from 13 years ago and now we have greatly increased air flow. His price was very reasonable and he is honest. His price was well below the bid I received through Home Depot. I will be using this company in he future for all my AC service needs. The unit he installed for us is the quietess Heat pump I have ever heard. I can't even hear it running from in the house. I highly recommend them!

Chris has done my annual inspection before and, as always, he is professional in his job . He is both courteous and helpful in answering any questions I may have and I was pleased to talk with him again.

I want to start by saying J.T. is by far the best tech you have. We have been getting maintenance for three years now and somehow all of your techs missed we did not have a door on our unit. After 6 visits he was the first who noticed, and as a home owner we were mad that we were being charged 400$ to clean something that should have been spotted on the maintenance before the 6th visit. Not only did he listen and understand the frustration we were having, he also called to the powers that be to try and make this right by us and they did. He explains everything thoroughly and in a way that makes sense and let’s us know what he sees. The others just said your all good and left. JT really does deserve a raise or a promotion. He is not only good and through at his job, he also displays the best customer service skills, which the rest of the employees need to do way better at. It’s to the point JT is the only tech you have that we want to schedule now, because he has been the first in 3 years to do their job.

These guys are complete SCAM company.
I Called them base don their "Free Estimate" offer. They came and then sent a $100 Bill for the so called Free estimate. Whereas other AC & Heating companies we called, 4 others to be exact, provided a Free Estimate with no problem. Thanks god we did not get our HVAC system from them. Avoid them.

CCA is an outstanding company. There pricing is better than most for Trane equipment and their technicians are professional, knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions thoroughly. Can't go wrong with CCA and their professional team.

The service tech that came out to Morningstar Storage was friendly and professional. We will continue to use Carolina Custom Air. Thanks for a great experience on site and from the office staff.

Matt was an excellent technician. Punctual, professional and personable. He performed the semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC unit. We hope to see him again in 6 months!
