Again- 5 STARTS! Everyone that I've dealt with from Carolina Custom Air has been great! The office people are always helpful and friendly! For reference, I signed up for a year long, monthly maintenance plan with them. We always have the same technician, Dyllan, and he is prompt, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The environment as well as my wallet thank him as he taught me how to keep our HVAC unit running at maximum efficiency. I appreciate the company as well as our tech for always keeping us cool! Oh did I mention that the monthly maintenance plan was affordable? I'll most certainly be renewing our contract when it runs out. I've dealt with this company (and Dyllan!) for about 9 months now, the office is always helpful and friendly and our tech, Dyllan, is always friendly and ON TIME! Did you hear that! HVAC tech that is friendly, knowledgeable and ON TIME! Best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend.

Quality and professionalism is what you can expect from Carolina Custom Air. My favorite tech is Nick. He has been out to our home several times and always does great work. The owner Paul has also been to house. He is not afraid to roll-up the sleeves and dive in. If you're happy with your present company that's fine. If you have to think about it then give Carolina Custom Air a call.

We have signed up for their preventative maintenance program which comes twice a year. We had an issue with our thermostat and I called and left a message with their after hour service. We had a technician at our door at 8:30 AM the next morning. So far nothing but great things to say about this company.

My A/C stopped working last week so I called Carolina Custom Air (I bought the unit from them). Even with the shelter-in-place that has kept many businesses closed, I was able to have two of their techs come the next morning. Although most of the work they did was in the garage or outdoors, when they did have to enter the house, they had masks, gloves and booties to make sure they did not expose us to any virus. Very professional. And btw, they fixed the problem quickly and very reasonably $$-wise (replaced a leaky refrigerant valve).

When the a/c stopped working at my office, Carolina Custom Air was able to accommodate my busy schedule and come out that day. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, kind, and respectful. They fixed the problem and now my a/c is working! Highly recommend them!

Company was on time, wore masks, efficient and professional. Checked and cleaned our indoor and outdoor air conditioning units. We have a maintenance agreement with them and will continue to do business with Carolina Custom Air.

Technician called ahead to let us know approximately when he would be arriving to perform winter maintenance on our HVAC system. While he was working, I asked many questions I felt I should know as a homeowner and he gave me a few tips.

So professional. Came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, quote was better than another one we got for a better, more efficient unit. Very happy with this company! They are even helping us get a UV light replaced for a system purchased through another company.
