response was prompt (5 stars for that) I asked to know what the problem was. Did not get details, just a cost quote to fix something on the outside unit. I asked for some feedback after the work was done and got nothing but a bill. I have not heard from the tenant so I assume (and I don't like to assume) the unit is fixed.

Repaired in a day . Left my townhome a total mess . Bathroom , stairs, and carpet filthy from the work done. Leaves and trash left all over the floor . I would never recommend this company to anyone . This work was completed through I’m assuming a contract with my lease holders .

I love their pre-paid plan for annual maintenance and they call you to remind you its time for them to come over! Service providers are always professional.

These guys are the worst! We did a number of units with them, 2 years later all the units are failing or have failed. It's just hard to believe !
