    Our air conditioner stopped working a few days before we had guests arriving and Pleasant Air not only answered the phone on our first try but they sent someone right out, diagnosed the problem, went over our options for repair, ordered the part and were at our house at 8am the next day! Lorenzo and Will did the work. Both were professional, courteous and cleaned up everything when they were done. These guys have always had our backs and will continue to be the ones we call when anything goes wrong. So responsive, so easy to work with.

    The company was very responsive and the diagnostic fee was 49$. Both of those are definitely a plus.
    However I had a clogged drainage pan pipe and unclogging it (5 minutes of work which required some air blown into it and vinegar solution) was $225. Additionally I had a question about a wire on my new thermostat I purchased that I asked to Tony, and instead of just answering it he said “are you gonna give me free tips on how to do your job”? I would say 275$ isn’t a free tip.
    Overall, will not use again based off the price of the service provided.

    Jeremy and his team went above and beyond to install a new heating/cooling and correct builder flaws. The old system could not keep up and the temp would reach as high as 87 degrees. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Even with a miscommunication on parts, Jeremy’s priority was to make sure my home was a cool safe environment for my kids and pets until the upgraded unit arrived. He even refused payment until everything was perfect and to my satisfaction. That kind of service is hard to come by! I can’t say enough about this company!

    We could not be more thankful for Pleasant air conditioning! They installed our new unit after getting a quote from another company and there was no comparison to the quality we received from pleasant! They were clean, kind and efficient! The owner Jeremy was responsive and externally easy to work with! The gentleman who came to give us the quote was friendly and on time! We had a little issue on a Sunday morning, they were at our house within 20 minutes! Thank you guys for being so wonderful!!

    Great service as usual today. Purchased new HVAC system from them in January 2021. Called in an issue this morning around 9 AM. Problem sold by 2 PM. Tony was the best!

    Signed up for a service plan upon moving to area last year. Jeremy came out in April of 21 when I signed up. Gave me a check up and assured both units were in good shape. In May of this year I called as our main level was staying consistently over 80 degrees. Also realized prior to calling that they never came out for the second service check up as was promised with the service agreement. When I told them I was disappointed no one came out for second check up visit they told me it was my responsibility to call them to have a check up scheduled as they can’t keep track of their customers service check ups. Certainly red flag number one. Jeremy came out and told me my issue was a duct work issue with the floor joists being too close so the builders used small ducts than they should’ve which is causing my airflow issues in main floor. I also pointed out how dirty my filters were even after changing them every month since we have lived here. After inspecting unit he said they couldn’t change the duct work until the fall or winter as it’s too hot to repair in the spring/summer. He advised we get the duct work cleaned and to change out the filters weekly. Yes weekly, which we did for weeks. We hired duct cleaners who cleaned out ducts but the issue still wasnt improving. I decided to get second opinion and thank god I did. The gentlemen I had come out had me come out to inspect the units and they were covered in mold. Jeremy was up there 3 weeks prior and made no mention of the molding plenum box that my family has been breathing for who knows how long. In addition to the molding plenum box we had a coil leak that again wasn’t found by Jeremy. Jeremy seems like a nice man but Mt Pleasant Air is a company I simply cannot recommend. Please do your due diligence when selecting local companies to do work here in Mt Pleasant. As a new resident down here figuring out how the two ACs work I was flying blind and going by reviews and to leave my family breathing in mold for an entire year is shameful.

    Do not use Pleasant Air Conditioning. Jeremy installed a Trane unit in our home 2.5 years ago that carried a 10-year warranty. When we encountered a warranty issue, he refused to honor the warranty because we had service work performed by another company. He told us that we had voided our warranty by having another company work on the unit.
    However, nowhere in the Limited Warranty and Extended Service Agreement does it state that having another company perform work on the unit voids the warranty. Jeremy was extremely rude, unprofessional, and confrontational on the phone with me. Fortunately, there are other helpful and professional companies in the area that stand behind the units they install and are willing to perform warranty work.

    Excellent experience with Pleasant Air Conditioning. We had to get both of our 20-year-old HVAC systems replaced and the Pleasant Air quote was the lowest by far. They completed the installation within a few days and the systems have performed flawlessly since. I highly recommend these folks.

    Jeremy, Lance and the others at Pleasant Air are an amazing team! They gave me a great price and preformed their work in one day - place was cleaner after they left than before they arrived. I can’t give you getter advice than to call Pleasant Air before you get another contractor. The team is professional in every way, and do high quality work for a fantastic price. I’ll never call another company again!

    Just wanted to pass along my great experience with Jeremy, Lance and the team at Pleasant Air Conditioning Services. We have used one large company for the past 15 years, but when our downstairs unit needed to be replaced, we did some research and got multiple quotes. Pleasant AC was by far the cheapest of all 3 quotes for all of the same exact equipment. They offered a better and longer warranty and provide service calls for half the price of our former company. Jeremy came within an hour of my call and they were able to replace my unit the next day. The 2 gentlemen who did the work, worked for 9 hours straight with no breaks. They were extremely polite, positive and when they finally were done at 9:00pm, the garage and driveway were spotless! I would highly recommend!
