We had a really great experience with Pleasant Air. We went through a few different solutions and discussed the pros/cons of each. Price was unbeatable and communication and service really set the bar that others need to shoot for. Jeremy and Joe are both top notch.

Jeremy and his team are top-notch all the way. Our 22-plus year old Trane finally went out on a Friday afternoon just before family arrived. Potential disaster!

Jeremy was at our home within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue immediately, and had us a temporary workaround that day. I think there was a drive to columbia involved, and the guy who replaced it was finishing the job when we got back from dinner around 9:30 PM. Yes, on a Friday!

Great price on replacement Trane unit as well. (Of course I got one: it’s hard to stop a Trane)
