Nick and his crew installed a UV light system that kills microbes throughout the duct work. I called about having my ducts cleaned and Nick highly recommend this product instead. He explained and two days later it was installed. My family can already tell the difference. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Nick came out to check to see what needed to be done or what can be done. Nothing actually was done at this time. Very nice technician/owner. I hope & pray that whatever needs to be done, we can get a reasonable price. Thank you so much.

I recommend Dunes Air & Heating with 5 stars! My wife and our two Yorkies were visiting our daughter and granddaughter in Mt Pleasant from North Carolina as they were preparing to leave the next day on a trip. The AC stopped working the night before and we were left to find a solution! I calledDunes at approximately 7:10am the next morning and received a return call 15 minutes later! Nick from Dunes arrived 10 minutes later! Could not have asked for anything more than that since we were in a jam. Nick was fantastic in all areas of knowledge and professionalism and found the issue and repaired what he could so we good have quality air again. He gave us an appointment time for Monday at 2:30pm to complete the final repair! He arrived at 2:30!!
Considering the weekend emergency and two critical parts,
I felt the cost was more than reasonable and I would recommend
Dunes Air &Heating to anyone who has a need for this service!

I never do public reviews but I had to because Damain went above and beyond to fix my AC in my condo that I rent out and had guests who were without cooling. He was professional, pleasant and straightforward in presenting me my options. I will now be using him for all my HVAC needs. Great service!

Nick is always the utmost professional and very thorough. After years of being disappointed in HVAC companies, I came across Dunes 4 years ago and they are by far the best in the area.

I submitted a repair request online on Christmas expecting a call back on the next open business day. Much to my surprise a had a phone call in less than 30 min. We set up an appointment for the next day and Nick showed up as promised ( 10 min Early) and was very nice and found my issue and all good to go now! Thank you Nick for your customer service.
