Dunes Heating and Air Conditioning

I know there are many options for A/C repair in Mt Pleasant and over the past 10+ years I have tried a few of them. Fortunately I found Dunes Heating and Air last year and finally feel I have found a company that is not trying to upsell me on maintenance programs or product pricing. Nick was very upfront on needed repairs and he and his team were very courteous and professional taking great care to protect my furnishings while doing work on my system, located in the attic.
I am happy to recommend Dunes Heating and Air and am confident that you will not be disappointed. So many 5 star rating is not a fluke; they are really that good!

NIck along with his crew Mike and Alex were very professional and completed the job timely with attention to detail and quality workmanship. They were careful with all aspects of the job including protecting my carpeting and floors from damage while
transferring materials to and from the attic. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!!

We came back from vacation with our 2 year old son and dog. To our dismay, our ac unit was not working. We called Nick and he came within 30 minutes. He did everything within his means to get our house cooled down including calling his partner to get a part and coming back right away to fix our unit. Thankfully we now have air due to his diligence and expertise. Nick's high rating is well deserved!

We have several air conditioning and heating units (6!!). When we first had trouble with one of our air conditioners three years ago we researched many companies in the area and had quite a few estimates. NSN had the best estimate and we immediately liked Nick. We have had work done on almost every unit and have gone back to NSN each time. Nick is very professional, takes the time to explain the problem, provides several options and always tries to save the homeowner money. We cannot recommend him enough!!

We had our A/C go out a few weekends ago, the outside unit's fan motor had died. The scheduling process with Dunes Heating and Air Conditioning was easy and straightforward, and Nick came out within the scheduled time. I've never met a nicer service person. It is obvious that Nick has a passion for not only his work but ultimately for helping people. He worked quickly to diagnose and fix the problem, while communicating well and answering any questions me or my wife had. Surprisingly, this all came at a reasonable price. After this great experience we don't have to guess which Air Conditioning service to call, Dunes Heating and Air Conditioning is at the top of our list.

The service was great. We had done business with three other Heating companies in the past 13 years, both of which disappointed us greatly. This time we checked a lot of reviews and decided to try NSN. We are so pleased with the service and honesty of Nick and his helper.

Nick immediately established trust and credibility, and earned our respect. Pricing was fair, service was top-notch, and we couldn't be happier. I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Nick, the owner, and his crew. Nick had explained in an easy-to-understand fashion all the different options that were available to me. Everything went smoothly and the new system was functioning before the end of the day. They were a pleasure to deal with and get an outstanding recommendation from me.

Dunes heating and air did a fantastic job when I had a leak with my HVAC. Nick is very prompt and very accessible. The ability to talk to him whenever there was a problem was so helpful. I hate getting the run around and talking to different people but did not get that with Dunes. Nick was always prompt and professional which I found refreshing. Very knowledgeable!!
