Nick is amazing! I called him with an issue on a Friday afternoon when my office was up to 85 degrees and within the hour he had fixed it. Can't say enough! Nick always over-delivers!

Called at 9:15 had a same day appointment! Nick called 2 hours beforehand to try and diagnose our problem and save us money, then arrived 5 minutes early.

Even though this was something I could of fixed myself after the initial inspection I chose to use the tech because I felt trust. That’s important this day in age. I’m reviewing on behalf of my mother. She recently had work done on her A/C by Dunes. The work didn’t fix the problem. My mom called and the owner came out to fix the issue. We appreciate that level of service.

We can not recommend Dunes Heating and Air enough. We have used them for several years now and they are the most efficient and trustworthy business around. Whether it’s the wonderful owner Nick or anyone in his crew, they never try to do anything you do not need, they are extremely responsive and going above and beyond is just there normal business model. They helped us get the most out of our old model when other companies had told us to replace it and when the time came for a new unit in peak Covid times, they were safe and got the job done in a timely manner. Do not think twice! They are the guys for the job. We are customers for life.

Nick really cared about us not only getting the best value but also the best quality. Ahead of him replacing our HVAC, he came out and added Freon to our existing system free of charge to keep us comfortable with our failing unit. Every time I reached out to him with a question or to clarify something, he got back to us within minutes. On the day of the install, the crew doing the work were professional, courteous and timely. Nick himself came out multiple times to check on the progress and to ensure that we had answers to any questions we had. This is the only company I intend to ever use.

I will absolutely reach out to Dunes HVAC for anything HVAC related. They came highly recommend by several neighbors. Now I know why. Our upstairs unit wasn't cooling. They were responsive and able to make it out quickly. The tech Damien was great. Very personable and courteous. He asked lots of questions to obtain what the system was doing. We have an older AC unit that I certain was done. In the end, it was a simple fix that he took care of. I appreciated the up front transparency and honesty n what he was doing. Much appreciated. They could have said the unit needed replacement, however they did the right thing. Great place to do business. Thanks

They were so fast and efficient. I filled out the form a few nights ago and immediately got a call from Nick and he booked the appointment the next morning. He was very thorough and professional and installed the new a/c unit a day later. I reached out to several other a/c companies and they were booking days out. The transaction was smooth fast and very efficient. Glad we chose them!
