Nick has always taken great care of your home. It was time to replace our ac unit and they took care of it quickly and efficiently!

Nick was very helpful in determining whether we needed a new heat pump or repair the old one. Nick recommended a new one and we asked him to install the heap pump. The crew that Nick sent in to do the job were very personable and did a great job putting in the heat pump and cleaning up after the installation which was done all in the same day. We highly recommend Dunes Heating and Air conditioning.

Nick came out a couple days after a hurricane and Labor Day weekend to boot. Semi-diagnosed issue over the phone. Had our AC up and running in about an hour - from phone call to fixed. Super nice guy, reasonable rates. Nick is now my first call without a doubt. He should be yours too.

We have had an excellent relationship with Nick and his company. We purchased our townhouse in 2010 and Nick and Dunes Heating & AC have been the only company to service our furnace and A/C. We have has a service contract. the units have run perfectly since day one. Nick has been responsive, honest and priced very fairly. Our upstairs unit went out (middile of August) a little after lunch time and was getting hot fast. Nick, the owner promised to be here between 3 and 5 same day and promptly gave me a call a little after 3 to let me know he would be here in 20 mins. They arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and had our system fixed in under an hour. Cost was very reasonable, but beyond that Nick went out of his way to explain the problem and the costs in detail. I signed up for their twice yearly maintenance plan for our units, which will hopefully keep this from ever happening again. I would strongly recommend giving Dunes your business.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Nick and Dunes Heating and AC.

For the past 6 years Ive been using a home warranty company to repair items with the ac unit without success. Today I decided to use my own company of my choice. I called Nick to schedule an evaluation. He came out same day. He spent a great deal of time and concern over my problem. In the past the home warranty repair companies would spend 5-10 min on a quick fix and the problem never was solved. This is not the case with Dunes. They care and have integrity. Its hard to find people these days who take pride in what they do. Nick does.

Dunes heating and Air Con are the best hands down. I still cant believe how responsive they are, the quality of work is outstanding, and they solved years of problems in one afternoon. I cant say enough positive things about them. It’s truly unreal!!!! Im dropping my agreement with my warranty company and having Dunes as my only AC/Heating Company form this day forward.

Top notch, on top of things, owner explained everything and didn't try to oversell. Had part that was older on furnace and said we could replace it but he wouldn't suggest it since it was still working. Damian who did work kept us informed on progress. You want them for your hvac needs.

Nick and his crew are the best hands down. He was very honest and up front with what we needed when our AC started acting up. I appreciated his professionalism and his really caring about providing the best solution to our problem. He was more than fair and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. His and his crew's workmanship and commitment to do the job right is a rare find in this area. I can't say enough good things about Dunes and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nick responded to my call within just a few hours. He came to my home where he diagnosed and repaired my air conditioner within one business day. He provided quick expert service, and he was very respectful to me and my property. I will definitely call him again!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My husband and I first contacted Nick three years ago when our furnace broke on a Sunday morning. Every other place we called wanted us to pay at least $80.00-$100.00 for them to just come out! Nick was so sweet, told us not to worry, and was over in an hour. He didn't charge us a service fee and fixed a tiny issue with the furnace in a couple of minutes. Since then, we have used NSN for all of our heating/cooling needs. We just had them replace our furnace and air conditioner. The price was fantastic as was the service. Nick explains everything including maintenance, etc, in a way that's easy to understand. We have referred NSN to all of our family and friends and they have all had the same great service!!!!
