Nick was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fully explain the situation with our air and fix the problem and it didn't break the bank. The system was up and running immediately and we had cool air. Also, we received a follow-up call to confirm everything was working. We really appreciated that. I would strongly recommend this company that is local to Mt P. If we ever have an issue with our heating or air we know who to reach out to.

When I needed a new air conditioner, Nick was so helpful and honest with what would best suit my needs. For installation they were thorough, prompt and courteous. I had quotes from other companies and would highly recommend Dunes for their price and level of service!

This is an honest and professional business. Nick tried to save me money and kept my 2 old systems limping along for 2 years before they finally quit. Each time he visited he was prompt and got the job done correctly. I have 2 new air systems now and probably won't see Nick or Dunes Air for 10 years at my house but I enjoyed doing business with Dunes Air.

Our furnace, that pushes all the air for our AC, died on a Friday at 4:30 with 90 degree heat. Nick came over that night to check it out and tried his hardest to get everything before the weekend, but unfortunately the place to get the parts was already closed. Nick went back to his store to bring us a portable AC unit to help get us through the weekend! He then cane with his crew early Monday morning to start taking our old 17 year unit out while someone else went to pick up our new one. It was all installed before 3:00 in the afternoon and working fantastic! Nick and all of his crew were super nice and took the time to explain to us the entire process! Will definitely use them for all tune-ups and work in the future!

We recently purchased an older home in Mt. Pleasant SC. I was greatly concerned about the lack of maintenance that had been done by the previous owner on all of the house systems. I called Nick at Dunes to come over and service and inspect the entire HVAC system of the house. Nick and Brent were wonderful to work with!! Nick showed up on time, as promised, and was very knowledgeable about all the systems in the house. After a thorough inspection and cleaning we found that the system will need replacing sometime in the coming few years. Performance and efficiencies of the system are well under par with the norm. After our experience with Nick and his employees, I will not hesitate to give them the job of installing the new system when the time has come!

As a business owner myself, I have always believed that true Customer Service is key to a successful business; unfortunately it is a trait NOT generally found in most businesses today. However, in this case, I'm very happy to report that Nick and his company, Dunes Heating and Air Conditioning, has proven their worth in both Customer Service and knowledge of their trade!

AC went out, gave them a call and the owner Nic came right out. I knew we were close to needing a new system and I was right. Although we had to wait approximately 3 days for a new unit, it was well worth the wait. They were prompt, right on the scheduled time that they gave me. Could not have been anymore prompt, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again for any of my HVAC needs in the future.

I am pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and the work the tech-Nick did for us! Nick explained everything he was doing and didn’t push “extras” on us! I am so happy I called them for service, we will continue to use Dunes’s services!

My 13-y/old central A/C system was on it's last legs and I knew I couldn't put a new system off any longer. I called a few of the well known names in the Charleston area and wasn't happy with any of them - crazy high prices that were made up on the spot w/o a detailed official quote - pushing off-brands & one guy I wouldn't allow in any part of my home unattended. It was my good fortune to then come across Dunes - Nick is the consummate pro and his pricing was fair. His work crew was top notch and finished early on one HOT day.

He found an issue with our upstairs unit and fixed the problem. Our last utility bill dropped over 30% from the previous month!
