Damian was running late and the office let me know in advance so I could reschedule if needed. Damian always takes the time to answer questions and is friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with.

My furnace went out on Christmas morning. I called Nick and he responded within two hours. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the system, find the problem, and repair it.
Over the past several years I have found Nick and his company Dunes HVAC to be knowledgeable, reliable, and most of all honest. There are a lot of so called companies in the Charleston area that dishonest and don't know their business.
I highly recommend Dunes.

Nick tried diligently to save a poorly done ac system that had been installed previous to my finding him. In the end most of the old system had to be replaced. Nick did that work and did it right. The cost was very fair. Now he's doing preventive maintenance for me. I KNOW I'm in good hands. I no longer worry about my heating and air conditioning. Yay! Nick and Damian are a great team!

As long as I live in the Charleston area, I will use Dunes Heating and AC. They are beyond friendly, responsive, courteous, and in these times of covid, respectful mask wearers. I felt at ease working with them. They were so great I had to write a review to let everyone know to go with them. Don't hesitate to call/email them, they're amazing!

It's Christmas and the unit is blowing cold air and it's 20 outside and 50 inside. Nick responded to my question on how to reset a system and shows up in an hour. Turns out the original installation (not dunes) didn't connect the emergency heat. Nick connected it and only charge a normal service call. Will definitely use again.
