Our 11 year old heat pump failed and we decided to replace rather than repair. Dunes Heating and Air came out on Saturday for an estimate and completed the installation today. Price wise they were much lower than the other estimate from a larger company. Service and installation by Damien and his crew was outstanding!

Nick and Damien were great! Had a bad capacitor on my A/C unit and these guys were at my house within about three hours and had my unit back up and running. The best the other businesses I contacted could do was schedule me anywhere from 4-6 days out. And these guys didn't charge an "emergency service" fee or any of that garbage. Highly recommend, will be using them for all my A/C needs in the future!

Nick and his crew were fast and efficient. We called them on a Wednesday at 4:30pm and by Friday at noon we had a whole new system. Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and gave us options of repair or replace. We decided to replace our 20 year old unit. We're very happy with our new unit. I can't say enough good things about Dunes Heating and Air.

They were able to come within 2 days of me calling to request a complete install of a Mini-Split and get it done within a few hours. It looks fantastic and works even better. They showed me how to use it, clean it, etc. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using them.
