After a great weekend, came home to a house that was nearly 90 degrees in the middle of a heat wave. I sent an email to Dunes Sunday evening just as a heads up that I could use help the next day but Nick called within an hour, did some initial troubleshooting, and set an appointment for the next morning. He was here when he said he would be, identified the issue, fixed it within 20 minutes, and offered some advice when it came to our poor old AC unit. It meant a lot to have this resolved so quickly so our son doesn't have another night sweating with a fan on him.

Update: Since I can't add another review, I just wanted to add more content to my rating. If I could give Nick and his team 6 stars, I would. We did replace our AC system and Nick is the kind of person who really values one's time and needs. I've never had a company so punctual and constantly deliver on their promises. After identifying the right fit for our home, Nick and his team were here on-the-dot, worked hard through the day to get everything accomplished, and were incredibly professional. I wanted to make sure our system met our expectations before updating my review and it's better than I expected. I've never lived in a home with a more consistently comfortable air conditioning system. We had issues with my son's room not being adequately cooled/heated, but that's an absolute non-issue now. Nick kept that in mind when setting up our new system and his room is just as comfortable as all the others. I couldn't be more pleased with Dunes Heating and Air and 100% recommend them.

Dunes Heating and Air Conditioning are extremely responsive. My system had failed, and was at the end of its usable life. Nick and his team came out the very next day (a holiday weekend at that!) to troubleshoot the system. They provided options for component repair; however given the age of the system we opted for a whole new system. The techs replaced the entire system (inside and out) in less than 8 hours. Nick (owner) stopped by to check out the system when complete. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as expected.

I arrived late to my Mt Pleasant second home to find my a/c out. The air must've been out since our last visit because the heat was unbearable. We had to stay in a hotel room. I found Dune's Heating and Air on Google and saw the incredible reviews. I sent a text, and to my surprise, Nick responded well after hours. He was at my home first thing the next morning. He could've charged me any price, and I would've paid it, considering my circumstances. Nick immediately diagnosed the minor worn out part and charged me a reasonable service charge. I was elated with his service. Nick is honest and reliable. ALL of the reviews are real and ALL of them are accurate. I highly recommend Dunes. I could not be more satisfied.

I had bad experience last year with other AC companies so there was some stress involved in finding a new company. I called Dunes/Nick based on the excellent reviews recommending him as an honest and knowledgeable person. I also liked that he was located in my neighborhood.

I was not disappointed. It was not difficult to reach him on the phone and he came home the same day.
He did some tests and then he took the time explain the situation and possible solutions.
Nick and his team worked very well, fast and clean.
He did everything that he said he will do and he called the day after to see if we were satisfied.

I am confident that other people needing an AC company and calling Dunes Heating and AC will be as satisfied as I am.
