Nick is the owner and he is a true professional. Our AC went out on Memorial Day weekend and although Nick was booked up, he found time to come and repair the unit! I have used Dunes in the past and the service was just as impeccable! Thanks Nick…you really saved the day!

The owner, Nick, came to our rescue and made a very simple fix to our AC system! He even showed us how to fix it if it happens again in the future. We called and he was here very quickly to save us from dying of heat!

Our AC stopped working and it was getting warmer. I called Dunes Heating and Air late in the afternoon and they sent a technician out within an hour.. Damian was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and got the system back up and running. I will recommend Dunes Heating and Air.

Nick was very responsive in helping troubleshoot my problem and in providing me with cost effective options to rebuild my system. We purchased a Carrier unit from Dunes Heating & Air and I was impressed with the timeliness and quality of work. The communication and scheduling around my needs were excellent. The team of Nick, Alex and Mike safely completed the work and did a good job leaving my home clean and with a functioning unit. My upstairs A/C needed repair so I called Nick at Dunes Heating & Air who so competently installed my other unit. Like before, he quickly responded to my initial call, his technician showed up EARLY and was consummately professional. From start to finish, very friendly and professional. They give you a very small window when they will show up (unlike internet/cable who keep you guessing for 6hrs). They are punctual, very knowledgeable and will straight up not so pointless work just to drive the price up. Will use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors.
