    What a terrific guy! Jeremy came out and washed the outside unit of leaves and tree gunk, washed the compressor coil of debris, checked the system and found we were a tad low on freon (and topped it off at no cost). Then inspected the air handling unit, the coil––for rust, deterioration, mold. Checked the exhaust, everything. His comments were: we had a base line unit, most likely inefficient by today's standards, but it's in good working condition. But being 10 years old and the cheapest unit means anything can happen at anytime. His recommendation was to keep running it until it fails. He asked how long we expected to live here. I said five years. He said––stay with it. The money you save in efficiency won't come close to covering the cost of a new unit. I got great service for my money, and that made my day.

    When one of the 10 year old units at Isle of Palms sprung a leak, I got our AC service we have had for over 15 years give us new estimates on units and some freon added to tide us over. Then I thought to get a second estimate from Pleasant Air, called and left message on 4:50pm on a Thursday expecting to hear back on Friday. Instead Jeremy called and sent someone over that evening to give us an estimate. Super responsive from the get-go. So we switched companies:) Two Trane AC units installed in a timely and professional manner in one day. The technicians were friendly and gave all kinds of useful advice. Better yet - I have the owner's cell phone number and can text him when I have a problem.

    Disappointed in how this company responded to an issue!! I have not personally used this company but if this company chooses to respond to a complaint by posting a picture with the name and address of a customer….pretty sure I would not choose that company to complete my service. First it is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible to do to a home owner who is paying for a service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…keep looking for honest and compassionate human beings to pay for a service you need.

    Called late on Saturday and did not expect to hear back until Monday; not only did the owner (Jeremy) call me back, but he came by and FIXED OUR A/C that EVENING! A truly caring professional and cannot recommend Jeremy and his firm enough! Wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Highly recommended by us, and a genuinely nice, honest guy.

    It's Saturday afternoon, horrible thunder and lightening and boom, the ac gets hit by lightening. On Sunday we call Pleasant Air and by that afternoon Jeremy gives us the bad news. On Monday his crew arrives to change out the unit. It was 140 degrees up in the attic and in the high 90's in the house. This crew didn't miss a beat, they were mindful or the space around them, professional and thorough. The price was reasonable and didn't scream "ouch" when the amount was presented. If you ever need any work done for your ac and/or furnace, I would call these guys in a heartbeat.

His crew arrived on time to replace my HVAC system, and worked well together. They were respectful, friendly, and left my home spotless.

    Excellent all around. Diagnosed the problem with my existing unit. Helped me selected the correct HVAC unit (actually talked me out of a more expensive unit.). Performed a flawless installation.

    Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Pleasant Air Conditioning Services Inc.!! Not only do they offer a $29 diagnostic test, but they are quick, honest, and dependable!! Called at 9am this morning...they were here by 9:20am (would’ve been here earlier, if I was actually at home)...found the issue, resolved the issue, and done by 9:35!! Talk about AWESOME customer service!! And the best part...they didn’t tell me I needed a new system (which I already know we do), try and sell me anything I didn’t want or need, and only charged me $30 (+ the diagnostic fee)!! Not to mention, we now have HEAT!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!

    SUPERIOR SERVICE AND COMPETITIVE PRICING... without a doubt THE Premier HVAC company in the low country. When our HVAC expired Jeremy came out (same day) and performed a comprehensive inspection of the unit and diagnosed the problem. He provided several solution and we decided to replace the unit. He understood the severity of the situation (no A/C in the Summer) and replaced the system the next day. He turned Dante's Inferno into a winter wonderland. The quality of service was superb and pricing can't be beat. We would recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service.
