Awesome team to work with. Everyone from the office, sales, install and even the owner himself. I recieved exactly what I asked for at a competitive price and quick installation. I will be utilizing them again.

Everything about this company has been wonderful. Scheduling is quick and easy and the customer service is exceptional. Adam came out to clean and check our two split units and he did a phenomenal job. He was professional and thorough and even took the time to explain how the units worked and how I could help maintain their integrity. Cole came helped us out too when our heat suddenly went out. He was knowledgeable and informative and fixed our issue in no time. Highly recommend this company!

I agree with others about the crew. They seem to be very knowledgeable about the Trane system and they are pleasant to deal with. The flat rate billing is what upset me. I was told and agreed to a procedure at a price they set. When the first technician replaced the warranty part he told me it was bad out of the box and would have to order a new part. It would arrive in about 3 days.. A different technician came to replace the part which I was told was under warranty and he did so in about 30 minutes. Good job, system was working fine. The price for the procedure changed from $166.00 to $215.00.

My experience with Carolina Custom Air has been very positive. The technicians are courteous and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. When they finished the installation everything was clean and in place. They are willing to go the extra step to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Matt Silecchia, technician, arrived on schedule after phoning to let us know he was on the way. He came prepared with the necessary tools to do his job and he brought a ladder and that is not usual despite the general knowledge that outside HVAC equipment on the sea islands is elevated eight feet above ground level. Matt knew his job and he did it without delay. His manners are perfect and he works quickly. We were pleased with his work and we look forward to seeing him in six months when our HVAC equipment is to be inspected again. Carolina Custom Air gets an A-ONE from this household.

Carolina Custom Air was incredibly responsive when I needed them to replace a part on my family's AC unit. As the summer in Charleston is very hot, time is of the essence to get the house cool again, especially with two young children. I had originally called one of the bigger names in town to get the work done for me but they put me off several days. Carolina Custom got right on it and had a guy out there within a couple hours. When you need something done quick this is who to call. I would recommend them for sure.
