The team at CCA were amazing! We were experiencing some moisture issues in our home that seemed to be from our AC. During our initial consultation they were complete and thorough. They clearly explained my options and costs. We decided to replace our entire duct work based on the list of issues. Their crew came in and completed the entire job in less than two days. They were respectful, took care with our home, and left nothing behind to clean up. I highly recommend this company and they will be all I ever use! Thank you CCA!!

The team was incredible! We have a new home and the HVAC system was installed by another company our builder used. The handler and duct work were installed in the 3rd floor attic space in such a way that it was almost impossible to get thru the attic door or for anyone to have ample space to work on the unit. We spoke with our contractor but didn't get very far. Then we called Carolina Custom Air and asked if they'd come and look at our system to get on an annual contract for maintenance. Patrick came and provided us with pictures of the attic space and what proposed be done. After attempting to work with the builder and its a/c company (which told us that they "only needed to provide space for an HVAC person to get in the attic and nothing more"), we contacted Carolina Custom Air to come back and fix the issue. They came out and handled the issue in a couple of hours. They were incredible. We would recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. They understand custom built homes and will get right the first time.

I'm the type of homeowner that dreads having to deal with contractors and repairs. Comparing services of different companies can be difficult. CCA was one of the easiest and best vendors I've ever dealt with. I got a good, affordable quote that was explained to me in laymans terms. They did what they said they were going to do at the time we agreed upon. Delays from other vendors caused some alterations to the schedule. That wasn't a problem with Carolina Custom Air. Excellent service, on time at an affordable price. My AC has never run better. Highly recommend them.

I have to say the team at Carolina Custom Air is great. Air went down Saturday and I texted the team there. I heard back via text and email within an hour. Had the appointment scheduled in record time. Thanks to Nicholas, the technician, for doing a great job. Also, showed up early (called before) and we were wrapped up in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend them.

Great company. We’ve used them a couple times for different issues and they were always very honest and fixed the issues with no further problems. On one occasion a few years ago, another local company told us we would need a new fan motor. The technician from Carolina Custom Air came out and just reset the motor which had tripped. After it was reset, it ran fine for a couple years after that. I’ll never use any other company in the area again.

I was most impressed from the moment the owner of the company came to my house and check the ductwork in the attic to see what needed to be done. He checked it out and explain to me what had to be done to correct the problem as he was very professional explain things in simple terms not trying to use words over your head and every question I had he answered fully. When the technicians showed up to do the repair work they also explain step-by-step what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. I was most impressed with their knowledge and down to earth exclamations. And I was quite surprised they could do the work without turning the air conditioning being turned off and because of that I was able to stay in my house while this work was being done. They finish the work in a timely fashion and I don’t think this house has ever been this cool from the day I had the unit put in 7 years ago. And now I can keep the air on a higher number and the house stays perfectly at the temperature I need it to be. At this point there’s not enough words to explain how satisfied I am with Carolina Custom Air and what they did to correct my problem with the ductwork that needed to be repaired. Carolina Custom Air is top notch. They have installed entire HVACs in new construction for me and have also done maintenance and repairs at another property. I have used them for 7 years. I have found them to be honest, reliable, punctual, reasonably priced, expert diagnosis and work, high quality, everything you could ask for in an HVAC company. I doubt there is anyone better in the Charleston area.
