I've used Carolina Custom Air for many years, both for my home and for a commercial multi-tenant building. I've never had a disappointing experience. They're competent and always fair.

My heat pump stopped working on a Friday right before a cold snap. I first called my normal hvac service provider and as usual no answer so I left a voicemail. No call back from the incumbent service provider so I called Carolina Custom Air. They answered the phone right away and sent a technician that day. Impressed with service man’s technical capabilities and explanations. Billing and scheduling follow up work is also easy! Great experience so far.
