Santoro Oil

What can I say. I made the decision to switch to Santoro Oil s few years ago and I've never looked back. The company provides service that is second to none and they are responsive to my needs. Honestly, I can't say enough good about Santoro.

I had them come and check out and sign up for service. I also set up an appointment to get a price on a new furnace. They were supposed to come yesterday afternoon. I waited and nothing happened. I got no call to cancel. If that’s their idea of service, I do not want to deal with them. I got a lock on my drop so they can not come without me to open it. I will not, and do not want their oil, or service plan?

Excellent experience with Tony Lupino of Santoro Oil. We purchased a new house and needed an oil service provider. Tony was responsive and transparent in dealing with us. We very much appreciated his help!

Really good service. However, they really need to offer service on Saturdays. It is inconvenient to wait for a repair man during working hours M-F. Many employers will not allow you to be late or call out due to personal issues. Please offer Saturday hours. It would show compassion on your part as well as being realistic as to the times we all live in.

I usually speak with Judy. She is always pleasant and helpful. Several years ago, they installed a new boiler in my home. They did a great job and worked with me on financing.

The worst experience ever there’s one pleasant receptionist the others are rude there service isn’t the best I don’t know how this company has the reviews it i think they’re fake I’ll never in life recommend or do business with this company they seem to think you need them I told them the residence wasn’t occupied and I received a bill every month for a full tank and every time I questioned it one of the rude receptionist had some excuse or reason why it would burn out every month in a empty house that stayed set at 50 degrees be aware they will take advantage if they can

Honest, well run family business. I would trust no one else! When I needed help and was running low on propane due to another company's lack of response, Anthony and Mike stepped up to the plate and made sure we were not left in the cold.

Paulo did and excellent job and is very knowledgeable. He taught me a number of things I didn't know about my oil burner! I enjoyed his visit.

Paul, my service technician, was prompt, courteous, professional. Area was spotless and in place after he was done. Worked efficiently and was congenial. Gave a report of what was done. I was pleased with the service.

The gentleman that came to our house today gave us great service. His name is Matt, his customer service was outstanding, very informative and honest. Thank you again Matt!
