Santoro Oil

Santoro provided me with a new combination heating and hot water boiler. Jay and Jr. were the technicians for the installation. They were professional and very courteous. The entire installation went without a hitch! This was an emergency situation when I had no heat or hot water for my house. Santoro's Bill and Angela were instrumental in coordinating an emergency installation during their busiest time of the year. I have to say that they all work as a team, just as they advertise. I also have to mention that I live in a remote area of the state of RI with somewhat atypical seasonal conditions. I depend on on-time propane deliveries. Santoro is very reliable, in fact, the best propane service company I've had during my 24 years in my home. Santoro uses a sensor of some sought which notifies them when my tanks are running low. They're really very organized! Highly recommended!

Cyrus did an excellent & efficient job. We had 2 units that needed cleaning/maintenance and he was very prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

When my husband and I decided to convert from oil to gas we spoke to Tony Lupino, he recommended we call The Gas Dr. The service from Steve and Angela (in the office) to the installers Meesh and Billy everything went flawlessly. Two technicians came out but I could only find the one technician's name, Kent, on the invoice. Both technicians arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job placing the propane tank and securing the previously loose propane line to my house. I'm very satisfied with how neat everything looks and the job was fast and efficient. I would recommend Santoro based on the service I recieved today.

I had an issue with my heating system not working on a cold Saturday morning. I called around to several companies, with no luck. Most companies did not answer the phone, even the big name ones. I eventually called Santoro Oil, who immediately answered the phone, and sent a technician right out. Our technician, Matthew Legeune, arrived within less than an hour. Our experience with Matthew could not have been better, and he was able to quickly solve the issue within an hour. Highly recommend Santoro Oil's service.

Mike Torti has been great to work with to get us setup with propane for our standby generator. He helped answer our questions and responded to emails and phone calls within a short time. We waited several months for our generator to arrive. Once it did, Mike worked with the installers to coordinate when the tech's would be out to install the tanks and complete the connections.

Kent and Kyle were great technicians! They were on time, informative, explained our fuel monitor system and answered our questions since we are new propane customers. Two of the nicest techs we've met! Happy to experience the same stellar service we also receive from Santoro for our heating oil.

After a horrible experience with a different propane company, Santoro Oil has gone above and beyond for me. Mike Torti is highly responsive and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. He returns calls and emails when he says he will. He also followed up after my tank was installed. The technicians, Kent and Kyle, called ahead of time and were very prompt. They explained things as they were doing them and made sure I understood everything about my tank and propane usage.

Overall, excellent experience and service. Very happy with my switch to Santoro!
