Excellent oil company. Matthew called and arrived early for the annual service today. Definitely cares about the quality of his work. Great tech. Hope we get him again.

Paul was very thorough and did a great job inspecting our unit and recommending what needed to be fixed and updated. He was great at answering any questions we had and really just did a fab job! We are very pleased with Santoro Oil!

Paulo was very professional, as well as exceptionally personable. He was helpful in answering my questions, explaining things I didn't understand, and addressing all of my concerns. I would highly recommend Paulo, its too bad there aren't more people like him representing other companies I have to work with. He is certainly someone who is representing Santoro as a top tier Technician.

My parents were the original customers and I have continued the tradition! The service staff from the phone to the techs are always top notch! This past week, Dan was the tech to clean the boiler and he was able to answer some questions I had about radiators!

Steve is a pleasure to work with, he is kind and courteous. We have been in the house ten years and Steve was the first technician to do a top notch thorough job from taking out the flue and cleaning and vacuuming it and the top inside of the boiler to replacing the filters and nozzle for the burner.

I have been a customer of Santoro’s Oil and prior to that with Buckley & Scott since my wife and I moved into our home in 1991. During that period, we have only experienced service that has been consistently professional in every aspect.
From the customer service people to the technicians that come to clean our furnace yearly to of course, the drivers that deliver the oil.
We had a new heating system put in a few years ago and have enjoyed every minute of a nice warm home. We have also called with a problem with a thermostat that was solved by a technician.
All and all, my family is very pleased with Santoro Oil. Keep up the good work.

My wife and i stopped by their main office today to discuss their home heating plan options as we are new to having oil as our home heating and we were thinking of becoming new customers of theirs. My wife and i are in our late 50s and have health issues, so we are strict about wearing our masks during this serious covid pandemic. As we entered Santoros main lobby, we were greeted by the nice receptionist who made sure she put her mask on. She told us to wait for Christin who would sit down with us to discuss the programs they had. Out comes Christine with no mask on. She directs us into their cafeteria where right there on the door there is a sign that states that people must wear a mask in that location. We felt disrespected as she apparently had no concern for our health. ,

Paolo was on time, answered my (many) questions, cleaned out after he was done. Happy I am with Santoro Oil, every aspect of working with this company has been over the top customer service.

Santoro Oil is a first rate service business. Yes, they deliver my home heating oil, but their politeness on the phone when taking my order, and delivering on schedule is to be noted. Always prompt, courteous with good pricing. Can't beat that.

It was pretty impressive to see Paul take about ten seconds to determine that my lack of hot water was not caused by any problem inside my oil burner, but to a failed mixing valve outside it. It was also reassuring to see that you have hired a young woman who graduated at the top of her class from a technical institute. They were both a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for a good ending for my year.
